'The personal are professional and approachable. If they don’t have the answers they will return with an answer. The exercise room is cool and pleasant. Diane the hotel representative is so kind, special, and accommodating. The housekeepers will also accommodating. The added bonus here is security at night and it’s affordable. 'I normally stay at the Edgewood, MD location, but it was all booked, so after searching, I decided to book here. After driving 6 hrs in traffic I arrive to check in only to find out the elevator is broken. Too late to book somewhere else on such short notice so I have No choice but to stay. My room is on the 4th Floor! I now have to hike up 4 flights after unpacking my car. I enter the room and it smell like mildew. There is like a musky hot steamy feeling. Like everything feels damp. It’s HOT!...

'The hotel was very well maintained, friendly staff. The bed was very soft and comfortable, the pillows were soft as well. Full size shampoo, conditioner, body gel and lotion, big tv. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. Big bathroom with plenty of soft towels.
The pool was heated and plenty of towels as well.
Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing time, I would definitely come back to stay here.'

'Hotel is a little on the dated side. It could use a refreshing but the room was clean and comfortable. Stayed there the night before we left to be close to BWI airport. Staff was friendly. Shuttle service was very good. Breakfast was decent but they need to get away from the instant coffee packets. A couple of eating options relatively close by (McDonalds down the street, kabob place next door, Chipotle and a Dunkin Donuts about a 15 minute walk away). Good for a night or so for people...
