the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about,
and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'

'Mooi appartement met alles er op en er aan maar wel een kleine badkamer met een open douche dus alles wordt drijfnat. Ook het 2 persoonsbed (denk 140x200) was heel klein voor 2 volwassenen. Maar voor 2 nachten prima te doen en dichtbij centrum, pubs en restaurants.'

'Easy to find 15 a 20 minutes from the airport easy traveling. Very clean nice hotel. Control light tempature and onlock the door with your phone. Can store your stuff and bag and leave it there if your to early to check in. They have world chargers'

"Prachtig hotel, prima ontbijt en mooi uitzicht vanaf de 14e verdieping. Vriendelijk en meedenkend personeel"
"Het parkeren was lastig. We kregen geen goede instructie hoe we in de parkeergarage konden komen. De opening van de deur van de garage om bij het hotel te komen stond er ook niet duidelijk. (We stonden enige tijd opgesloten in de garage.)
Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. De kamer lag op de 6e verdieping. Heel rustig!
Het ontbijt kost 10 pond. Het was erg uitgebreid. Bij het inchecken doorgeven dat je ontbijt wil. (Anders kost het 14 pond.)
De lift werkt met een pas.
Al met al een goede accomodatie dichtbij het centrum van Birmingham.

"Prima hotel voor een paar dagen in een stad waar je eigenlijk als toerist niet naar toe wil. Er is heel weinig te zien, mensen zijn niet echt vrolijk. We waren er voor het voetbal: 2 wedstrijden gezien: West Bromwich Albion - Millwall 0-0 en Aston Villa - Manchester United 0-0. 3 uur voetbal en geen doelpunt gezien. Toch blijft de sfeer in de Engelse stadions uniek!"
