La Dimora del Monsignore - Licata

La Dimora del Monsignore is a cozy property centrally located in Licata, just a few minutes’ walk from the charming historic center. The property consists of three independent studio apartments, each approximately 50 square meters in size, furnished and designed to offer a comfortable and functional stay. Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a coffee maker; to ensure your comfort, we also provide all the bed linens and towels you’ll need during your stay.

The apartments can accommodate up to 5 people each and feature layouts designed to meet every need: all include a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen-living area, but differ in terms of additional sleeping arrangements. Apartment 1 includes a French bed, while Apartments 2 and 3 are equipped with a comfortable bunk bed, making them ideal for families or groups of friends.

The location is perfect for exploring Licata and its wonders: with just a short walk, you can wander through the narrow streets of the historic district, admire the Art Nouveau buildings, visit Castel Sant’Angelo, or stroll along the Marina di Cala del Sole marina. For beach lovers, the beautiful beaches of Marianello—with their distinctive white cliffs—and Mollarella Bay are just a few minutes away. Licata is also a strategic base for visiting the nearby Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, the Donnafugata Castle, or the picturesque Scala dei Turchi.
