I Rifugi dei Lucretili – Orazio's Land is a cozy, recently renovated 45-square-meter apartment, born from the desire to breathe new life into a family home filled with memories and to share it with those who wish to explore a region that remains authentic and unspoiled. Spanning two floors, the apartment features intimate and well-laid-out spaces, making it ideal for couples, small families, or groups of up to 3 guests.

The interior layout is designed for maximum convenience: on the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom. Going up to the first floor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed).

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning located in the entryway, ideal for cooling the rooms during the warmer months. Pets are welcome to spend their vacation with you (admitted for an additional fee).

Nestled in the Licenza countryside, the property boasts a prime location within the Monti Lucretili Regional Nature Park, an ideal destination for those who love hiking, nature walks, and relaxation away from mass tourism.

Just a few minutes away are the famous archaeological ruins of Horace’s Villa—the country estate given to Horace by Maecenas and celebrated by the renowned Roman poet—as well as the picturesque Orsini Castle, which overlooks the village. The location is also perfect for organizing day trips to explore nearby Tivoli (with its marvelous Villa d’Este and Villa Adriana) and for sampling local specialties and cuisine at the area’s traditional trattorias.
