He walked back in and asked where the restrooms were, and the person who had just checked us in, less than a minute ago, said they were for guests only. 'The staff in the breakfast area were absolutely incredible- so welcoming and friendly. The customer service was over the top from them. Room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot and area seemed very safe. The only opportunity for improvement is the fitness center. It is small - at least they did have free weights, but could use an update. '

'The gym was small, but basically fine. Loose weights were sufficient. Cardio machines were also totally fine. Would have liked an extra bench for exercises and, this was really less, on the latpully there were not enough loose handles with it. This made the machine virtually unusable.'

'The staff was not interested in their guests - they did not even great back their guests on their way to breakfast. The room (number 119) smelled of urine, furniture and carpet were torn, there was mold in the bathroom and the sofa was only suitable for 2 persons instead of more. I made a lot of pictures to send to the Marriot management. The room is for disabled people. It is certain someone had a little accident or a few more. At check-out I told staff to deep clean the room for the urine...

'Pool was closed, there was rarely anyone at the desk. You had to call a number and wait for them to come down. I did t use the breakfast, even the desk clerk sounded disappointed that it was "just a cold breakfast."'

'Very clean hotel and very friendly people who work there! To bad that they don't have a swimming pool anymore. But overall a great stay!'

'No one at desk when we got there. Had to make noise to locate one. The elevator was making a terrible noise and jumping around so they told us not to use it. We were on the 3rd floor. Floors were dirty. Air didn’t work right. Hairdryer didn’t work so went to desk for another one. Juice was terrible. Restaurants were close by. '

'My stay was okay overall, and the staff was friendly and helpful during my visit. However, I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that the hotel was undergoing renovations, as this impacted the experience more than expected. I also think the hotel could be clearer about their guest policies before booking, as this information would have been helpful to know in advance.'

'Quick check-in, friendly employee at counter. Breakfast was what you can expect from a place like this. Location was decent, altough a few questionable other guests were present. '

'Carpet by the window was soaking wet as well as the the back wall. Hotel stated they were full and couldn't move me to a different room. I had prepaid for a king sweet and got a double with soggy wet carpet. The manager has reached out saying they will refund my money and take the room out of circulation until properly fix. Ide like to know how room service didnt notice it...did they actually clean the room?'

'Property is conveniently located by the interstate but its quiet. Beds are comfortable. They offer a breakfast setup and have reasonably priced rooms.'

'Ideaal hotel om te overnachten als je Memphis / Graceland wil bezoeken. Hotel ruikt lekker als je binnenkomt. Punt ter verbetering is de schoonmaak: dit had beter gekund.'
