'A very enjoyable stay, the room was beautifuly decorated with plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Had a meal in the restaurant first evening which was very enjoyable. Great outdoor and indoor space to have a drink. Poole is a lovely area and we thought this hotel was very good value.'

'De ligging ten opzichte van het strand en de stad is goed, maar de accommodatie is sterk verouderd. We hadden aanvankelijk een hele kleine en warme kamer, waar de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding volledig ontbrak. Zelden beklagen wij ons, maar de toegewezen kamer konden we niet accepteren voor de betaalde prijs. Het personeel van de avonddienst hielp ons fantastisch door ons direct aan een meer dan uitstekend alternatief te helpen.'

'The reception staff were incredible, and the gentleman was very accommodating and helpful for my specific requirements. Breakfast was a £14 cost regardless of what you had and due to doing a race that morning I only ate minimal. Aside from this, I feel this was counteracted by the service I received and would recommend the hotel.
