Lovely apartment perfect for up to 5 guests, only 300m from the sea! It comes with 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed, a living room with an open kitchen and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with window with shower, large terrace furnished with table and chairs for exclusive use. It is equipped with A/C, satellite TV, armored door, parking, wi-fi, courtesy amenities (soap, bath foam, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent and sponge) and on the top floor there is a large solarium equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs.

*Check-in: from 15:30 to 19:00
*late check-in until 23:00 only on request. After 23:00, check-in is not allowed.
*Check-out: until 09:30

°Services excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 100eur to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. Please note that during the Pentecost period (from 06/06 to 09/06), the deposit will be 200eur per person. It will be returned at check-out following the apartment inspection.
-City tax: 0,70eur per person, per night, for a maximum of 10 nights, only for above 12 years old guests at the check-in date. It is required to be paid upon arrival in cash.
