We are delighted to welcome you to our charming apartment located on a natural geographical extension at the end of Lignano Sabbiadoro, at the confluence of the sea and the lagoon. The area represents the ideal starting point for discovering the most characteristic landscapes of the lagoon hinterland, the upper Adriatic and the nearby Slovenian and Croatian coasts.

The apartment is built over two floors. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and is located in a building with a lift. On the first floor you will find a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, two full bathrooms with shower, a comfortable room with a double bed, a second spacious room with a bunk-bed and a lovely terrace. On the top floor the apartment provides a loft with a double sofa-bed and a wonderful solarium area where you can enjoy your time during your vacation.
To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with washing machine, tv-sat, central heating and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.

Check in from 17:00 until 19:00. Check out from 08:00 until 09:00.
