Our comfortably equipped 3 room apartment, located on the fourth floor of a residence with elevator, at 200 mt from the beach, consist of a spacious living-dining-room with a double sofa bed, a big terrace overlooking the greenery with table and chairs, a cooking corner, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a double sofa bed, a windowed bathroom with open shower, a safebox and an outdoor free parking space (within premises). In our apartment you will find air conditioning and a satellite TV. By the pool, in the common area, WI-FI is provided. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.
