Welcome to our nice apartment on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, perfect for four guests. It is located in a quiet area, not far away from the town centre of Lignano Pineta and from the Hemingway park, recommended for walkers and for children. The apartment features a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a functional kitchen, a comfy double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower box. The apartment is equipped with a TV, a dishwasher, A/C, a microwave and a washing machine. It also offers a furnished balcony, a common garden and one uncovered parking space per booking (subject to availability).
