Apartment for 3-5 guests across two levels. On the ground floor: living room with double sofa bed, open-plan kitchen, and terrace. On the first floor: one bedroom with a double bed and single bed, bathroom, and terrace. Located in a holiday complex with a pool and numbered parking, between Lignano Sabbiadoro and Lignano Pineta. Fully equipped, air-conditioned, with a furnished terrace.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
