A quiet vacation complex with a garden and swimming pool, just a few minutes’ walk from the long sandy beach in Lignano. You’ll receive a 5% immediate payment discount if you pay in full immediately after booking and waive the free cancellation option. To do so, please enter “Buchung100” in the comment field. The residence is located between the Pineta and Sabbiadoro neighborhoods of Lignano and consists of 20 multi-level townhouses (with internal spiral staircases), making it ideal for families. The swimming pool for adults and children, equipped with sun loungers, is open from approximately mid-May to mid-September. The apartments are located in the middle of a large, green, tree-lined, and quiet area, each with 2 parking spaces. The beach and the center of Sabbiadoro are about 1 km away. A communal washing machine is available. In the garden and pool area, there is also a “Light Wi-Fi” connection (for 2 devices, no streaming, no downloads). A communal barbecue area is available.
The spacious 4-bedroom townhouse ( D-8 ) spans 3 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the second floor/attic, there is a second bedroom; a spiral staircase leads to the first floor. Here, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a small balcony. A bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet is also located on the first floor. In the combined living and dining area on the first floor, there is also a sleeper sofa that accommodates two additional guests. A second bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet is also available. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, cutlery, dishes, pots, a filter coffee maker, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Round off an eventful day with your family on the furnished terrace with an outdoor fireplace. Note: If you need more than one accommodation unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style. Travel time from the Italian border is approx. 4 hours.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro is approximately 1 km from the accommodation. The wide sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children. On the beach, you can play beach volleyball or table soccer. Of course, you can also rent a pedal boat and enjoy the vast, open sea. There’s also a mini club on the beach, so your little ones can quickly make new friends from all over the world. All in all, it’s the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to take part in one of the sports activities. The beach bar offers a refreshing break, where you can enjoy not only the most delicious drinks but also a quick, refreshing snack. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day. The beach also features wide walkways, ensuring easy access with a stroller.
POOL
The resort features an adult pool with an integrated children’s area. Beach chairs are available around the pool.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The resort also features a beautiful garden for children to play in, as well as a children’s area in the pool. The sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea, is accessible on foot, by bike, or by car. Enjoy a family stroll along the promenade in Lignano Sabbiadoro and let yourself be enchanted by the various street performers and sights. If you need a travel crib for your child, you can rent one on-site.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
If you want to stay in shape even while on vacation, you’ll be spoiled for choice: windsurfing, kitesurfing, or perhaps a canoe trip? Of course, you can also rent bicycles in town to comfortably explore Lignano Sabbiadoro on two wheels. You’ll also find a tennis court and horseback riding facilities nearby.

Not only can you easily walk to stock up on groceries and everyday items, but you also have plenty of options for strolling and window shopping.

The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots, a drip coffee maker, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Shopping options are also nearby. If you’d prefer to eat at a restaurant, Lignano Sabbiadoro offers a wide variety of choices.

CITY AND SURROUNDINGS
The accommodations are strategically located between the Pineta and Sabbiadoro districts. From here, you can reach everything you need within walking distance. There are restaurants on every corner, bars on the beach and in town, as well as clubs. On the 5-kilometer-long shopping street, you’re sure to find great clothes and souvenirs. In just a few minutes, you can reach the two amusement parks, Aquasplash and Gulliverlandia, which offer fun for the whole family. Still, don’t forget about the natural beauty surrounding Sabbiadoro! After all, Sabbiadoro is known not least for its 8-kilometer-long sandy beach, which has also been awarded the Blue Flag. The small pine forests and the beautiful walking and biking trails also offer plenty of opportunities for rest and relaxation. If you enjoy marinas, you’ve come to the right place! There are several marinas here with a total of 4,000 berths. Nearby Bibione is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area and beyond. If you’d like to take a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Let a gondola ride put you in a romantic mood, stroll through the winding alleys, cross the Rialto Bridge, and visit St. Mark’s Square and the famous Doge’s Palace. If you simply want to unwind and relax, you’ll find thermal baths right in Bibione itself, where water at 52 degrees Celsius bubbles up from a depth of 500 meters. For those who prefer something more exciting, we recommend the Aquasplash theme park in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano. For younger children, the 3,000-square-meter Rio Blu playground in Bibione is also a great option. Here you’ll find go-kart tracks, bounce houses, a swimming pool with boats, and much more. You’ll find restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on every corner in Bibione. Food lovers are in for a treat here! Numerous churches, palaces, and castles are located around Bibione, just waiting to be discovered. You can explore them on your own or take a guided tour. Valgrande, the lagoon hidden behind Bibione, is a must-see for nature lovers! The animals, plants, and waters will enchant you with their absolute and unspoiled beauty!
