We are glad to welcome you to our elegant and prestigious apartment situated in a brand new building with lift located just a few steps away from the promenade, the lagoon and the center of Lignano Sabbiadoro.

The apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests and is located on the sixth floor. You will find a modern living room with a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, three contemporary bathrooms (only two of them provide a shower box), two comfortable rooms with a double bed, a second beautiful room with a single bed, three large equipped terraces. On the seventh floor there is a large and fully equipped solarium area for exclusive use with a breathtaking lagoon and seaview.
To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv-sat, security door, central heating and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.
