We are delighted to welcome you to our wonderful apartment situated in a brand new building with lift located just a few steps away from the promenade, the lagoon and the center of Lignano Sabbiadoro.

The apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests and it can be located on the fourth or fifth floor. You will find a modern living room with a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, three modern bathrooms (only two of them provide a shower box), two comfortable rooms with a double bed, a second contemporary room with a single beds, three large equipped terraces with a breathtaking lagoon and seaview.
To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv-sat, security door, central heating and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.
