The cottage is located 21 kilometers south of Orléans, between La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Chambord, Beaugency, Meung-sur-Loire, and Lamotte-Beuvron. Whether you're hiking or cycling, visiting the châteaux, or discovering the various golf courses, you'll be centrally located.
The studio was restored in 2023. There is a shared insulated wall (opening to the entrance hallway and bathroom) with the Gîte la Longère. This 24 m² single-story studio can accommodate 2 people. The property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. An open-plan 20 m² living room with a library at the entrance, a dining area and equipped kitchen, a living room and bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower and toilet.
