'Nice'

'Great place, really cosy. Great location and awesome owner / staff. Best place we have stayed at in the last 2.5 weeks. Highly recommended'

'Our family stayed for 3 nights in October, and it was a fantastic experience. The location in the old city was great. There were quite a few delicious restaurants nearby, and it was located a short distance from the busy main area, so felt quieter and more peaceful than the main old town streets. The staff were really a highlight. To say they were helpful would be an understatement. Julia was in touch from before we arrived. Helping to coordinate the complimentary pickup at train station and...

'Such a nice place to stay. The guest house is really beautiful. A very nice entryway with a yard full of nice plants and flowers. The hosts and staff are extremely welcoming and helpful, offering plenty of suggestions about the old town and surrounding villages. They helped us as well finding and organizing the ressources for travelling around to traditional villages and the Snow mountain park. A huge thank you to Roxana and Leo for the wonderful experience.'

'I stayed in the Suite at Hotel Indigo Lijiang Ancient Town, and it was truly remarkable. The traditional courtyard is gorgeous, quiet, and feels like a peaceful haven—yet it’s just a 5-minute walk to everything in the ancient town. The suite itself is top-notch: comfortable, spacious, and beautifully designed with local character. From the moment I checked in, the staff's warmth and hospitality were incredible. Unfortunately, a bad hit of altitude sickness meant I was in no condition to enjoy the...

'The staff were great and very friendly. For that price you can not go wrong. The location is great as well.'

'Fijne kamer, heerlijk bed, goede service, maar het mooiste is dat je vanuit het hotel zo de oude stad inloopt. Volgens ons de beste keus in Lijiang.'

'スタッフの対応と施設の清潔さも素晴らしい'

'Great location and very helpful, welcoming host. Would happily stay here again.'

'The accomodation is located within Lijiang Ancient Town. Cars are not allowed to drive within the town and so customers will be required to contact the hotel staff to arrange manual trolley transport of the luggage to the hotel as it is about 5 minutes of walking from the nearest entrance. The room was overall clean with an unique interior design aligned with the ancient town. However, was quite disappointed with the check out experience, as my family had requested in advance for the staff to...

'El personal es increiblemente atento y preocupado por nuestras necesidades durante nuestra estadia. Nos ayudaton a renovar los datos moviles de los celulares con mucho esmero y preocupacion, fue una tarea complicada para nosotros.Sin su ayuda no hubiera sido posible!! Tambien estaban alertas y se preocupados con las excursiones realizadas y las reservas de hoteles. La barrera idiomatica es importante en China!!... con ellos no hubo problemas ,hablan ingles. Muy recomendable! '

'Very impressive. The hotel is located at the top of the Old town which gives a spectacular view of the mountains. The room is comfortable and the free minibar is also a plus. The staff were willing to help but couldn't communicate in English which is fine because WeChat can translate everything. The breakfast menu offers a variety of choices but the portions are quite small so we had to order many times and the wait was a bit long. Highly recommended.'

'Excellent séjour au Lanshe Hotel. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins malgré la barrière de la langue. Le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif et la situation de l'hôtel parfaite.'

'職員服務態度非常好👍幫我報名旅行團和房間方面有問題的所有事情'

'This hotel in my mind is average. Cleaness is average but definetly not as in the photos (the photos were possibly took when the rooms are new renovation). Fresh air? Don't expect fresh air, as many hotel guests or people nearby are smoking. Since this hotel is not entirely smoke-free, you'll have to settle for air tinged with the smell of cigarettes. For the location, it locates close to the north gate of Lijiang Ancient City and walking distance approximately 8-10 minutes. Quite a lot of...
