'Everything was wonderful the staff were friendly, very convenient to all the main tourist sites, parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was excellent will definitely stay here again. Only downside was the 4.00pm check in I think around 2.00 pm is more reasonable after a long flight.'

Kamer zijn wel klein evenals de badkamer De inrichting is klassiek. Goede amenities in de badkamer van Etro. Maar zoals de taxichauffeur zei: De Hay Adams is meer voor regeringspersonen, overheid, De Four Seasons voor de creatievelingen.......'

'Overall, it was a pleasant experience. If you like to walk, then the museums are healthy walkaway. The room was very comfortable for solo traveler and if you need to work or interact, just go to the active lobby.'

'Everything was very nice, but I would like to see strict regulations regarding guests' conduct. Rules of conduct need to be printed and posted everywhere. Some people just have no clue and don't respect others' needs. Both nights I was there, I couldn't sleep because people were making so much noise. '

"Mijn verblijf in dit hotel was over het algemeen erg prettig. De kamers waren prima schoon en boden alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. Een klein minpuntje was de valet parking, die met $55 aan de prijzige kant was. In de omgeving van het hotel waren de parkeerkosten echter niet veel goedkoper, dus het was een begrijpelijke keuze.
Het personeel was over het algemeen zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De barman had een levendige persoonlijkheid en bracht zeker sfeer in de bar, hoewel zijn praatjes soms een beetje te veel waren voor mijn smaak.
Het ontbijt was een ander hoogtepunt van mijn verblijf. De dames die het ontbijt verzorgden waren ontzettend aardig en hielpen waar nodig, wat de start van mijn dag zeker positief beïnvloedde.
Al met al een fijn verblijf met enkele kleine aandachtspunten. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanbevelen voor een aangenaam "

"Een goed verblijf gehad. Schone grote kamer en zeer vriendelijk personeel. De locatie was top met dicht in de buurt een metrostation. De buurt voelde veilig ook in de avond. "
"Walking distance to main atractions and museums. First room we got was with clogged gutter. After change we got another room with bath that could not be used. They didn’t fix it. Friendly staff only gave us three bottles of water for inconvenience for the stay of three days. "
