'Incredibly clean room and wonderful stay! We were expecting the slow wifi and limited cell phone signal which was actually nice to keep us focused on connecting with nature. The staff were so helpful and kind and it was a great location close to the national park but very peaceful.'

'The condo was clean and comfortable. The east facing windows were beautiful but there were no shades or curtains so the sun was brutal in the morning. The master shower Water pressure was almost non-existent. The beds were very comfortable. The whole condo was nicely decorated. The kitchen cabinets were not made for short people!'

'Tijdens onze roadtrip in Amerika was dit onze ergste verblijfplaats. De eerste nacht hadden we een kamer gekregen op de gang waar een school verbleef. Heel veel lawaai en om 1 uur snachts ging het brandalarm af als grap van die groep. De tweede nacht was de school weg maar hoorden we de buren al om 6h 's ochtends muziek spelen. Wij hebben zo slecht geslapen, zonde van ons geld. Op de lakens zaten ook vlekken. '

The hotel is up a steep and winding road, The parking is reserved for guests. The Grags Lodge is an historic building and that gives it the special feeling of times long gone. 'Het is een prachtig hotel waar van alles is te doen, heel mooi zwembad met hottub en het restaurant is ook goed. Het personeel doet zijn best voor je en je krijgt goede service. Enige minpunten waren dat er bij het zwembad telkens geen handdoeken waren terwijl wel de bedoeling was en de WiFi was heel slecht helaas.'

'We loved the look of the property from the outside at first but as soon as you try and reach your room you are fighting with a million pigeons. There is pigeon poop all over the entire property. It’s weird because we didn’t see one pigeon in the entire area, they are all living at this hotel. Poop all over the walk ways and on the pool loungers. So gross. Our shower was also completely clogged. I tried in the middle of my first shower to try and see what was going on and found a bandaid in...

'We stayed in the honey moon suite for 3 nights and had a great time. The cabin was so cozy and clean. Would have liked to spend a few more nights there, but yes we are on a road trip so you have to move on. Kitchen very well equipped to cook for yourself, the bathroom large and super clean. The property is so cozy and calming. In the morning we had a visit from a few deer next to the cabin. I don't think any stay can beat this. Pine haven thanks for the great days. 'I should have asked if there was a wedding taking place the night I reserved. We were in a remodeled room on the second floor in the lodge and the band was so loud and it was like a thumping banging every 3 seconds (drum beat). This went on until after 10:30 at night and we had to be up for a 5:00 AM RMNP reservation.
