'I came with dogs to a rural place so they could run around while my own house on VRBO was being rented instead of keeping them in the kennel. 'We had 33 or so family members meet at this location for Thanksgiving. Overall is was a great experience. The headliner is the view of the Mississippi. The property is up on a hill and provides a gorgeous view. Lisa was very responsive to all of our needs. Note that alcohol is not permitted at this location (on my phone that detail was slightly hidden in the rules section under “show more.” Thanks for a great property to reconnect with a large family!'

'The cabin rental was a great stay. Had some connection problems with the t.v. couldn't get past the check out date. The wifi was easy to hook up. The cabin was clean and smelled fresh. Did have some problems with ants on the countertop. Great place to stay, enjoyed our visit.'

'Darling, peaceful home with beautiful views of the Mississippi River. Super clean, newly renovated, with well stocked kitchen. Plenty of blankets, sheets, and towels for everyone. Our family enjoyed our time together playing games at the round dining table. Even had a nice picnic by the river. Home is in such a great location. Close to historic Nauvoo and close to grocery stores and restaurants in Keokuk. We would totally love to stay here again.'

'We (2 sets of grandparents, 1 set of parents, 13 & 9 year old) had a fantastic 3 day weekend at the cabin. Property owner was easy to deal with. Everything was very clean. The common spaces (both indoor and out) were even better than expected. Other than a quick trip out for ice cream, we just enjoyed the comfortable and spacious surroundings to play games and relax.
