'Cottage and annexe was very spacious, everything you needed was provided, swimming pool was great we all enjoyed it, garden is big enough to play games in, we stayed with our adult children and 4 of our grandchildren they all had a fantastic time '

'This was our third stay at the cottage. We keep coming back as the cottage and the location are perfect for us and our golden retriever. We enjoyed our stay very much! Such a beautiful and peaceful spot. '

'This was an ideal stay for me and my family to celebrate my 70th. The house was wonderful, very peaceful and ideal for walking, biking, horse riding. We had massages and a sound bath session which were really good. I’ve made precious memories with my family and thoroughly recommend this house and surroundings to stay at. I’d love to revisit in the summer so we can use the outside area more. '

It’s a peaceful location, only a short walk from the canal - perfect for a stroll to Chichester, where the cathedral and gardens are well worth seeing. West Wittering beach is nearby too.'

'Filthy kitchen, filthy fridge, smelly microwave. You could not use any of the crockery unless you washed it first. The crockery was put back in the cupboards unwashed. There was no hot water. The kitchen cupboards had sticky handles and I felt simply unclean being there. I booked 6 nights but left in the morning after the first night. I’ve seen reviews of this place a year old echoing my comments so the owner takes no notice of reviews. Beware. '
