This house was very family friendly and clean. My kids absolutely loved that the pool was just across the so street. It also was in a great location!

Beautiful and very comfortable home. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed plus additional things like a crockpot, blender, coffee bean grinder, ECT. The beds and couches were extremely comfortable as well. Loved our stay

Everything was perfect about our stay! The communication is quick, the house has everything you need, nice walk to beach access and the neighborhood is so quiet. The location is great. This is our second stay and we will be back.

My wife and I have stayed at this property twice and both times it as been a wonderful experience. The property is as advertised and then some. Beautiful home and outstanding location. The communication was outstanding and everything went smoothly!First class furnished with all you need for a great short stay or longer vacation. The warm feel of this home is first noticed when you walk in the front door and that feeling continues through out. ***** five stars

We absolutely loved this beach house! The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of room to sit, both at the island bar and the huge table. The beds are very comfy and the whole place was spotless. We enjoyed the charming decor, especially all of the clear containers scattered throughout with beautiful agates, seashells and other local items. We have stayed at MANY VRBO’s and this property is our favorite by far!

Perfect Home in Olivia Beach!

This house was perfect for a family! So close to the pool and park! The beach is just a quick walk as well. It had everything we needed for an extended stay. We loved it!

Great property

Location is terrific, house is across the street from the very nice heated pool and a short walk down to the park. Clean and comfortable, kitchen has everything you need to cook. would definitely stay again :)

Great get away

The beach home was everything advertised and more. Location, quality of furnishings, clean and neat, well equipped, communication with Host, and over all experience was A++. Will recommend to others and hope to return.

Highly recommend

We stayed at here to celebrate a college graduation. Our stay was perfect. The kitchen has everything you could need, the place was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean! I would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place. Can’t beat the location either, you can see and hear the ocean from the back patio. We had a wonderful time.

This house is a gem!

Charming home, immaculately clean with decor that was both comfortable and beautiful. The Olivia Beach community is so pretty and while the stairs to the beach access will give you a workout, it was a peaceful stretch of sand that didn’t feel crowded like other areas and had great tide pools to explore at low tide. It was the perfect getaway for our family!

Beautiful house, great stay

We stayed at this house a few years ago. When it was recently available, we definitely booked it. It is a beautiful house and neighborhood. We love the town and beach. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book the house again.

Great Beach House

This house was clean, well designed and had plenty of space for 2 adults, 2 kids and grandma. Would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was that WiFi was down the 2nd night which meant we could not watch any TV or get online. But, we had plenty of board games to choose from for family bonding.

This is a beautiful bungalow furnished with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. We were 3 ladies enjoying visiting the magnificent Oregon coast. We were very pleased with this home. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were 2 1/2 baths and an outdoor shower on the large back deck. This was perfect to rinse off our legs and feet after our walks on the beach. The neighborhood is very well maintained and quiet and there was a pretty little park across from the home. I hope to rent this home again and take my husband and grandchildren! I totally recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Lincoln City. The house is very nice with comfortable beds and a nice layout. The upstairs loft can get hot in the middle of the day but it cools off quickly and nicely at night. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with most anything you would need to cook a meal and coffee was available when we stayed. There was no sugar if you take that in your coffee so plan to bring some or buy some. Check in was extremely easy and accessing the house was just as easy. There is a driveway to park the car along with a smaller garage that can fit a normal sized car if wanted as well. The garage has a few beach items to use including some chairs, a styrofoam cooler and a couple bikes. Access to the beach is an easy walk through the cute little neighborhood and then down a long stair case. It's about a five to ten minute walk depending on how fast you walk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hosts allowing us to stay. Check out is very easy and they just ask that you lock up, turn down the heat if needed and start a load of the bath towels. Very easy!! Thanks again!

Loved it!

This was such a great getaway! We came to celebrate my husband turning 40 and the place was so cozy, comfortable and lovely! Lots of games for kids to play in the house, relaxing furniture, walk to the park and fire pit and even Netflix! All the amenities you could want! I definitely want to come back and stay again! None of us wanted to leave!

Fabulous stay at a lovely home

My kids wanted to move here; I think that says it all. Great location across the street from the community pool in a lovely neighborhood while only a short walk from the beach. The home itself was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We'd definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!
