This was a perfect house for a family vacation. We will definitely try to come back again.

Location was amazing and everything was as stated. The deck could use a power washing and some TLC but overall excellent!

The view and closeness to the beach were incredible! The decks were amazing to be able to sit and be that close to the water. Check in and Check out were incredibly easy and we had no issues while there The kitchen is lacking some tools and doesnt have many spices, there were also a few things broken on arrivle (such as the downstairs shower door) but nothing that affected our stay. We loved this property and plan on staying here again if we get the chance

There was a urine smell in the main bedroom, it was super warm in the house when we got in, making the smell worse. opening doors and windows helped air it out but could smell it in the bedroom still, seemed like it was on the carpet. Downstairs was spidery, could have used a quick sweep to get cobwebs down and spider webs around front door. Also no kettle for tea so had to use a pot and no tissue boxes. There were a lot of pots and pans but not big one that was food for bacon or large batch of eggs, there was a griddle that had seen better days that we didn’t want to try and clean and use. The things we enjoyed were the view to the ocean, nice comfy chairs to relax and enjoy view from in living room. Beach access point right at end of driveway. Beds were comfortable but pillows were flat and lacking.
