Unit 111, wat wij noemen "Breakers Dozen," is een van de premie aan het strand woningen op de kust van Oregon

De oceaan suite bevat een queen Murphy bed met een Tempur-Pedic matras die vouwt om u meer ruimte te geven. Een grote, 42-inch TV is gemonteerd tegen de muur, aangesloten op een Blu-ray-speler. Onder de televisie is een gezellige elektrische open haard, waardoor uw woonkamer een warme gloed in de schemering, net zoals u kijken naar de zonsondergang vanaf uw grote, 8 voet glazen schuifdeuren.

Breakers Dozen De keuken is voorzien van vernieuwde werkbladen en nieuwe apparaten. Er is een vaatwasser, een oven, een opgewaardeerde koelkast en een magnetron. De koelkast heeft een ijsmachine en gefilterd water. De eigenaars bieden meer kookgerei dan normaal, waardoor de culinaire kunstenaar in uw partij meer dan genoeg gereedschappen voor een chique feest.

Buiten uw glazen schuifdeuren is een korte trap die is 12 eenvoudige stappen om het zand. Neem zes gratis strandstoelen op de grazige terras, waar u kunt kijken uw kinderen zandkastelen bouwen hieronder, en zoek naar de dobberende hoofden van de gewone zeehonden in de ondiepe golven daarbuiten. Loop naar het noorden 10 minuten naar een aantal natuurlijke getij zwembaden. Loop het zuiden en waden in de D-rivier, de kortste rivier in de wereld.

Een hardhouten-achtige grond leidt u van de oceaan suite in een slaapkamer, waar u een kingsize bed te vinden met een Tempur-Pedic-matras, evenals een andere 40-inch televisie en een tweede badkamer. Een set van de deuren tussen de slaapkamer en de oceaan suite sluit en sloten aan beide zijden, biedt privacy voor elk slaapgedeelte.

Breakers Dozijn is gelegen in een van de meest gunstige plekken in het Sea Gypsy. Er zijn geen trappen om dit begane grond appartement, dat is ongeveer 30 voet van de ingang van het verwarmde binnenzwembad en de sauna van het Sea Gypsy's. Een barbecue op gas en automaat zijn direct buiten achterdeur 111's, ook.

Good location

Beautiful view and location however should be added spatula and a sharper knife for cooking breakfast foods. Appreciate housekeeping team for maintaining the property.

Easy access to the beach

We got a first floor room and the beach access was right on our back yard. No need to walk 5-10 mins to the beach. Plenty of room for family of 6. Two bathrooms was a plus. The place was clean and plenty of kitchen appliances.

Could have been cleaned better, bedding could use some improvements, the screen door doesn’t lock which was a safety issue for our little ones. But the location is unbeatable, great beach access and the kids loved the pool.

Great Location

The location is perfect and ocean front with a patio was lovely. The unit however was not clean - upon arrival I took my shoes off at the door and walked barefoot into the property to put my things on the kitchen counter - the floors throughout the unit were covered in a thin layer of sand. Under the pull out sofa bed the floors visibly hadn't been cleaned in some time (build up of sand/dirt and wrappers), the coffee pot and stove were not clean. The units maintenance and finish work are very poor, it is a Motel 6 quality with new flooring. The paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) are Dollar Tree quality (paper thin). The walls are paper thin too, you can hear everything all neighbors around you are doing and every coming and going outside. The price was nice, the location again was great, oceanfront is a huge plus, the finer details and finishes are not their strong suit.

Ocean Beach in Winter !

First , OVERALL WE ENJOYED OURSELVES !!! The facility could use a little upgrading , but nothing too outstanding. We 3 are senoir citizens that wanted to have a little private beach entertaining , watching the waves , people walking on the sands , dogs having a great time , ordering take out, still having some control of who and where we interacted ( the virus , you know ) , anyway it was a good visit and give this a 2 thumbs up ! Oh yeah , re-oil the cast iron skillet after use , for the next guest too use , with out sticking !!!! Thanks bye-bye

Relaxing convenient

Great location for the beach, D river and tidal pools. I marked a 4/5 cleanliness because there was a bit of food on the stove top but everywhere else was super clean. Amazed that there was no sand in the apartment. From the pictures it looks like you can walk directly out from the condo on to the beach, but you can’t because those stairs are broken. You just have to walk down to the edges. Not a big deal but I had hoped that I could have let my kids go play while I watched from inside. Overall great location, good communication, comfy and everything worked well. In the future I might pick an upstairs unit as I didn’t take into consideration that you can’t keep your shades open since people walk by.

Nice property, good beds, will come again, please fix the loud whistle noise at the pool as it was irritating to hear it when leaving the property to go to the pool or to the beach. Did not disturb while in room though!

Nice weekend!

Very nice. Got a great deal because the hot water was out for a bit. The only thing was in the master bath there are holes in the back of the door that are obnoxious to be looking at while sitting there. A little putty and sandpaper would be useful. It’s a little thing...other than that it was nice.

Awesome place right on the beach!

Pros:sliding door opens to a few steps down to the beach, awesome view, soothing ocean noise if door opened, full kitchen, two baths, comfy beds (in bedroom and murphy bed), nice pool, loved it! Cons: can hear footsteps above, fireplace didnt work, dishes weren't washed well, sliding door is right by steps and footwash station so lots of people walking by (we found being close very convenient and didnt feel a big lack of privacy) Overall, this place was worth every penny! Best places to eat: Galucci's Pizzeria and J's fish n chips! Huge wait at J's though. Things to do: fly kites, build sandcastles, we want to check out Devil's Lake next time

Best Beach Access in Town!

We stayed here for a romantic getaway. Boy did we hit the jackpot. Choosing a unit on the ground floor was the wisest decision. We loved having the sliding glass door open up to be able to take 13 easy stairs to the beach. (The slider is hard to open, sand/rust/gunk build up in track). The mattresses were really decent memory foam. Having a kitchenette helps defray costs. My only thoughts on improvements: 1)Ditch the colored blanket and pillow covers in the bedrokm. They are worn and scratchy. One pillow case i took off to find a blood stained pillow. 2) the cookware could use updating. Small skillets w scratched non stick coating were less than efficient, but we made due. All in all, a wonderful location, and well appointed unit. We would definitely go back. H

Perfect location!

This condo was perfect! The Tempurpedic mattresses were so comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and the condo was super clean. The location is amazing, this ground floor condo has sliding glass doors that open up right by the stairs to go down to the beach, truly beachfront, the owners even provide lawn chairs that we put outside on the concrete and enjoyed the ocean view and sound. I would stay here again any time I would be in Lincoln City!
