Welcome to High Tide, a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom coastal retreat in Lincoln City. This private upstairs unit offers ocean views from the living room, comfortable modern furnishings, a spa-inspired bathroom, and a great location for exploring the Oregon Coast.



Beach access is approximately a 5–15 minute walk away, depending on which access point you choose. Lincoln City's restaurants, shops, and attractions are also nearby.

The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.



Start your morning at the dedicated coffee bar, then enjoy breakfast with an ocean view before heading out to explore.



Bedrooms



Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, fresh linens, and clean, modern coastal decor.



With two separate bedrooms, High Tide is a great fit for couples, friends traveling together, or a small family.



Spa-Inspired Bathroom



The completely remodeled bathroom is one of High Tide's standout features, with a spacious walk-in shower featuring dual showerheads, stylish finishes, and a relaxing, modern feel.



Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.



OUTDOOR LIVING



Enjoy the fresh ocean air in the outdoor gathering area, where you'll find a BBQ grill, dining space, and fire pit for relaxing evenings.



These outdoor amenities are shared with Low Tide, the downstairs unit of the duplex.



High Tide's elevated living space offers beautiful ocean views, particularly when the evening sun begins to set over the Pacific.



EXPLORE LINCOLN CITY



High Tide makes a convenient home base for exploring the Oregon Coast.



Beach access is approximately a 5–15 minute walk away, depending on your preferred access point. Spend the day beachcombing, searching for Lincoln City's famous hidden glass floats, flying kites, exploring tide pools, or simply enjoying the miles of sandy shoreline.



You'll also be close to local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, the Lincoln City Outlets, and scenic coastal viewpoints.



Whether you're here for a relaxing weekend or a few days of coastal adventures, there's plenty to enjoy nearby.



GOOD TO KNOW



Private Upstairs Unit: High Tide occupies the upper level of a duplex, with its own private staircase and front door. Low Tide is a separate vacation rental on the lower level. The units are designed with sound insulation for added comfort.



Shared Outdoor Amenities: The fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor dining area are shared with guests staying in Low Tide.



Parking: Two dedicated parking spaces are included.



Dogs Welcome: Dogs are welcome with a one-time fee of $50 per dog. Please include your dogs in your reservation. No cats.



Exterior Security Cameras: Ring cameras monitor the exterior entrance and parking area. There are no cameras inside the home.



Before arrival, you'll get a short concierge check-in: a quick identity verification link (keeps everyone in the home safe) and a full digital house manual so you know exactly where everything is the moment you walk in.



Security Deposit: There is a $300 deposit hold that will be put on the card used to reserve the home. This will be released a few days after the stay, unless there is some issue in the home caused during the stay that requires repayment. Ex: breakages and stains.



High Tide is a comfortable, beautifully updated place to enjoy Lincoln City, with ocean views, thoughtful amenities, and the beach just a short walk away.
