NO HOT WATER at this place, I left. Luckily they refunded the whole amount, after trying to contact them for 2 days. The directions they gave me were flat out wrong. This location is in a large awkward parking lot with 2 motels. I had to walk around searching for someone to talk to to help me find the place. The code they gave me did not work. I walked around again looking for someone to help me and I found a space that looked like an office and opened the door and walked right into someone else's room! They were not there, thank goodness, but the door was unlocked. The phone number to call for help was incorrect. Luckily the people at the wrong number knew the correct number. After waiting on hold I finally got someone to help. Kept trying different codes that did not work. He directed me to a lock box, which didn't work until the 3rd try after jiggling it and forcing it to open. Finally found a key and tried the lock, and the lock was super weird and twisted in circles and took several tries. Asked for early check in (ahead of time) and was denied, I was exhausted from the drive and whole ordeal to just get in the place. Was in the room for 2 hours and decided to shower off all the stress but there was no hot water, not even luke warm, that was the fat straw that broke the camels back, I finally left! Getting a refund took two days but they gave me all my money back, as they should because I was only in the room for 2 hours.
