Dit klassieke strandhuis is perfect voor entertainment, want het biedt een eigen bubbelbad, een speelkamer en gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand! Gasten zullen genieten van het uitzicht op de zee en verblijven op een centrale locatie op loopafstand van bistro's en cafés!

Het huisje ligt vlak bij Highway 101 en een korte reis naar Humble Pie, Jasmine Thai en Nauti Mermaid Bar & Bistro-eetgelegenheden. Het strand ligt op korte loopafstand en de nabijgelegen gemeenschap biedt volop mogelijkheden om te krabben, vissen en clamming! Vier parkeerplaatsen zijn beschikbaar op de achterste oprit. Let op: parkeren op straat is niet toegestaan in Lincoln City.

Het rustige huis biedt een inspirerende nautische inrichting en gezinsvriendelijke voorzieningen. De garage is omgetoverd tot game center met een mediacenter, pokertafel en pooltafel! Binnenin biedt de bovenste verdieping voldoende ruimte voor gezinnen om hun benen te strekken in de woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken. De woonkamer is perfect voor filmavonden, omdat het streaming Netflix, kabel en een Blu-ray dvd-speler biedt.

Een gashaard en uitzicht op zee houden de ruimte gezellig terwijl u gezinsmaaltijden klaarmaakt in de volledig gevulde keuken. Moderne apparatuur en veel toogruimte zorgen ervoor dat het bereiden van maaltijden een fluitje van een cent is als u gasten aan de formele eettafel of ontbijtbar serveert. Als je geen zin hebt om te koken, ga dan naar J's Fish and Chips of Kyllo's Seafood & Grill in de stad. Buiten biedt het zonneterras een gasgrill voor gegrilde garnalen en een inspirerend uitzicht op de zonsondergang vanuit uw eigen bubbelbad!

Het strandhuis slaapt 10 gasten. Centrale voorzieningen zijn vier queensize master suites, een extra half bad en een wasmachine / droger. De slaapkamers op de middelste verdieping bieden zelfs bubbelbaden, miniatuur koelkasten, magnetrons en wastafels! Extra reizigers zijn welkom op de slaapbank.

Afgezien van je intieme huis, is de regio een toevluchtsoord voor fijnproevers, kunstenaars en outdoor-avontuurliefhebbers! Uw groep zal graag lange middagen buiten doorbrengen met getijdenpools, strandjutten en zandkastelen bouwen. Breng kajaks of uw mountainbike mee om Devils Lake State Recreation Area te verkennen, en als u in de lente of herfst bezoekt, ziet u misschien zelfs een grijze walvis!

In de stad kunt u winkelen tot u bij The Shutterbug in Lincoln City Outlets bent, op zoek bent naar schatten in de antiekwinkel of uw geluk beproeft in het nabijgelegen Chinook Winds Casino Resort. Na lange dagen op het strand of in de stad, zult u graag terugkeren naar een glas wijn en een eigen bubbelbad!

Ok stay needs remodel

We stayed at this place and knew about the stairs but the house needs a remodel a lot of things are falling apart like the pocket doors they kept popping out of place and just seems a little dated on all fixtures. Nice house just could use more upkeep. Needed to be cleaner as one of the beds was dirty when.we got there as well as the hot tub. Could use some extra blankets not to far from beach which is nice.

Golf trip

Don’t stay here. Hot tub takes 3 days to heat up. 3 TVs didn’t work or the remote controls had no batteries. One bedroom had no power. 2 of the bathroom doors fell off the tracks. One of the buddies wives got stuck in the bathroom took 2 people to lift the pocket door back on. They have never used a duster at that place. For the money stay somewhere else. Motel 6 would be better. If you look at my reviews this is the only bad one I’ve ever done. Stay away from this place. Next door they have nicer rentals.

Nice but lots of stai

This is a nice place if you don’t mind stairs. The garage and game room are on the ground floor, bedrooms on the second and kitchen and living room are on the third floor so you will get plenty of exercise. It is well maintained for the most part. The dishwasher had some issues and the mattresses were only okay. For some reason there were no dish towels or at least, we didn’t find them. Each bedroom had a bathroom but only half had showers, instead having useless jetted tubs. The hot tub worked just fine and you did have a view of the ocean from the top floor. It does have a beautiful game room with a pool table and poker table but it is far removed from the living area (2 floors away). For the price we paid, we weren’t disappointed. The central Oregon coast is an expensive place to stay.

This house is very spacious. Perfect for groups. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in each bedroom also which is nice. Has a great view. Beach access is about a block away.

Not returning to this property all it’s old I didn’t received what it offers though Vrbo.

Here we go.. a week before our stay in this beautiful property by outsid, I contacted the management if all complaints of reviews of 2024 had been fixed, they said yes, my surprise was that I had to deal with most of them, hot tub water not reaching over 100 degrees, room #1 where I stayed tub shower not working and when it is filled a leak will start coming out landing on top of the pool table on first floor, Tv screen it was locked in room #4. Vacation not full enjoyed if you stay here. Not owner’s foul I’m sure of that.

Fantastic location!

Although it's across the street from the beach-front homes, this house has a GREAT view of the ocean from the upper floors. The place is clean and full of amenities. But, it is in need of a little TLC. For instance, we had some trouble with the bathroom pocket doors that were quick to get stuck, the ice-maker in the fridge gave out right away, and the patio furniture on the upper balcony has seen better days. Another important thing to know before booking is that there are A LOT of stairs. Prepare for a workout. If you're in decent shape, though, this a is a great place to stay. It's comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and it's an easy walk to the beach and to shops & restaurants.

Amazing space!

We loved this place! It was a very quick and convenient walk to the beach! The view at the top (main level) was gorgeous! The hot tub was a fun blessing, as it kept us warm in the cool wind with a beautiful view! We loved that the rooms with their own bathrooms! 2:4 had a shower, the other 2 had Jacuzzi tubs. The game room at the bottom was great as we were able to laugh and play games after the kids were in bed and we weren't afraid of walking around and waking them up. The place is huge and was really clean. Although there was a fishy smell in the stairway near the kitchen, but that was probably due to the people there before us. The smell improved throughout the stay. The salt shaker was empty... so bring your own pantry items. The Vacasa customer service was very responsive to text messaging when i had questions.

Nice stay

It's a lovely house and it met most of our needs. The checkin was very frustrating because it took about 20 minutes to get the door lock to work. We never did figure out how it works, we were just lucky enough to make it work after many tries. Some helpful hints should be included with the check-in instructions. There should also be instructions for the fireplace. None of the bedroom tv's would connect with the wi-fi so they were unusable. The hot water was so hot as to be dangerous. Pots and pans need some updating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it could have been better without these issues.

Lots of stairs, no ac. It was really hot upstairs. Couple of the remotes batteries were dead. Hot water ran out after 10 minutes. Didn’t get to use the jacuzzi tubs. The entry code didn’t work when we arrived and also another time coming back. Had to wait 10 minutes to get another code. Beds were so squeaky, one little move and squeaked so loud. Going to the bathroom echoed. It was ok but not worth the price. From the upstairs you can see the ocean. You have to walk down a steep road or stairs. Best to drive to the ocean. Again not worth the price.

Don’t stay here!

This property was disgusting! The carpets smelled of mold & mildew, there were stains, and food and beverage matter on the rugs and furnishings throughout the house. The water heater went out constantly and there was a leak from a light fixture onto the pool table. I contacted Vacasa via email and was told a follow up would come after the local property management was reached, that was May 10th and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. Save your money!

Desperately needs attention

While the house has potential it needs lots of help. To start off there were NO CLEANING supplies what so ever in the house. The kitchen is lacking in pots, pans and silverware. No extra blankets or pillows. Considering it offers a hot tub they really need to offer more than 2 towels in each bathroom.

Terrible management company

Where to begin. First off the house itself was great and if not for the management company Vacasa we would stay there again. I think the owners should know that Vacasa has terrible customer service and while the house was pretty clean it could be better.We stayed 5 days and communicated with Vacasa everyday on a couple issues which were never resolved. We had no internet the entire time which was an issue not only because of inconvenience but we had college students with us that needed to do schoolwork. Six of us went over our data limits on our personal cell phones because of this. We were told by Vacasa there was an outage in the area which is hard to believe a major internet company would be out for that long. But we talked to several neighbors whose internet worked just fine. We were told they would reimburse us 21$ a day for the internet which again considering we all went over our data limits does not seem sufficient. After talking about a larger refund with them we were told they had to talk to higher ups to approve and have not heard a word since and have obviously not received any sort of refund from them. We also lost hot water on the third day we were there and they finally sent someone out the day before we left. Because of the way the hot water is in that house we only ended up with enough hot water for one person to take a quick shower before it went cold again which was super hard with 8 people in the house. Anyway there’s more I could say but I’m out of space.

Family vacation

It was beautiful the view was breathtaking! We loved our time there. The only negative was the hot tub wasn’t hot but we never called to have it looked at. The home was perfect for our family we would definitely stay again!

Good for a long weekend. Great location, needs new beds.

Location, space, ease of check in, communication- excellent. Some quirky things (lots of jacuzzis and only one pool cue) but more than enough room for four women with two cars. Hot tub was perfect in the cool, damp evenings. Unfortunately, several things need outright replacing (beds, armchairs upstairs, carpet). We could tell there is a lot of maintenance and care that has gone into this house. Would have been fine for two or three nights but we stayed a full week and found the value wasn't quite there. Overall, the view and hot tub make it worth a long weekend, without a doubt.

Great location… just a couple of things didn’t work…

The walk to the beach was easy and awesome!!! I love that each of the rooms have their own bathroom 😍 Unfortunately, the hot tub temp dropped daily and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to fix it… and one of the tvs wouldn’t connect.

Warm and comforting

Could be cleaner. Bedding and floors were clean and wonderful. Game room was a plus. Hot tub had too much chlorine for us personally but could have been necessary. So we utilized the jacuzzi tubs and enjoyed them a lot. Kitchen utensils and knives really need updated. Knives were very dangerous being dull and chuncks missing out of blades. We would bring our own if we rent again and plan too soon.

Not a good fit for infants

We were not aware of how many stairs there were at this property. We had to go but a baby gate due to the steep stairs. The views were pretty. The house was not very clean lots of crumbs underneath the chairs. The dryer did not work and i was told before we arrived that it would be there a couple days into our stay.... We did not pack enough clothes because we planned to just wash them there My husband had to take our stuff and wash them at the laundry mat which was a inconvenience and we had to pay for it which was also a inconvenience.. we paid a lot of money a night for this house and it was not worth what we paid.

Spacious but needs maintenance

First I wanted to mention there are 41 steps, so older folks and those w physical issues may notice that! We enjoyed the space of this house but it needs some maintenance and some care and the cleaning needs to be better. Instructions for heat need to made available. Prep the Hotub earlier for customers. Seemed like it lost its heat super quickly. Game room was awesome and plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Rooms were spacious although the toilets in some of the bathrooms are super tight to sit on. TVs were big and the cable was good. Beach is 5 minutes by walk. We are not a picky family but this house kinda had a smell. Like a musty smell. The fragrances they put at the top window of the stairs made us gag. The ceiling fans all had mounds of dust on them. There were boogers on the back of two doors. The stairs carpet and throw rugs were extremely dirty. They need a good shampooing. The wall Heater in bedroom 1 did not work. We had the maintenance guy leave us a portable room heater. For the first two nights we could not get the Hot tub to stay above 97, which is cold for a hotub. There were No clear instructions on Heat.some are fireplace only, and some are cadet wall heaters. I called Vacasa to get an understanding, I had no clue otherwise. Spotty wifi, As the router is on the top floor, and there are 3 levels.. Totally loose sink in bathroom of room 4. 2 out of 5 pool cues had no tip. The Upstairs Stair case banister is .very loose The maintenance Guy was helpful with the portable heater. Otherwise No responses by emails, nor text, nor the vrbo app, I Had to call vacasa Hq for help.
