No. 205 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo we call "Baby Got Humpback”. This one bedroom, one bathroom suite is located 15 steps up on the second floor and guests can take in those ocean views from two comfortable swivel chairs by the condo's large wall of windows or out on the private balcony.

Perfect for giving a smaller group plenty of space, Baby Got Humpback sleeps up to 4. Enjoy the privacy of the King bed in the bedroom, or sleep in the living room next to those natural ocean sounds on the Queen Murphy bed, which can fold up during the day for little more space. This condo also has a roomy walk-in shower.

Baby Got Humpback also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex and an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope. We're also conveniently close to a variety of other recreation areas and hiking trails for the avid nature lover.

What a wonderful condo! We loved sitting on the veranda and watching the action on the beach. We had easy access to the beach, which our dog loved! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We have found our place at the beach!

Clean, amazing ocean views and access, simple but adequate furnishings and reasonable cost. Only downside was highway noise into the main bedroom and a refrigerator that ran too often (adding some noise). Sleeping in Murphy bed, watching sunset and listening to ocean waves was just what we needed.

We really enjoy the accommodations at D Sands, and I would recommend it to others.I was very put off by the fact that the front desk wouldn't let us in our room 20 minutes early. It was clean and ready to go. They made us wait in our car in the parking lot until 4pm for no reason. They really dropped the ball on that one.

205 was just what we needed. Quiet/Clean/and homey. Hoping we did not disturb other guests as we like to play board games in the evening.The weather was unlike anything I had EVER seen in my 59yrs. Really enjoyed the unit and first time staying in this area of Lincoln City. Only negative thing I can say honestly is that it would have been nice for the Pool/Hot Tub to be open and communication of such, as we were looking forward to some Hot Tub time during raining day. You could tell it’s been sitting untouched for quite some time. Suggestion of screen door would be amazing for having door open to enjoy the sound of the waves. The communication and assistance in booking and having to change dates was extremely accommodating. We would have stayed another night if booking had not been after us. Thank you for everything. I booked this one specifically due to the comfy chairs with ottoman to look out window while reading. And that it only had 1 neighbor ;-) we will be back and I’ve already referred to other family members.

Everything was great. The place was so clean, the staff were super polite, and the room smelt great. Also you are within walking distance to a few awesome restaurants. If we make the trip up again anytime soon we will book here again!!

Perfect for what we needed. We were there for a concert that took place at the Community Center and were able to just walk to and from the venue. Great views of the ocean and beach. The bed was on the hard side, but fine for me. Pillows were great. The pool and hot tub were nice, clean. Hot tub could be warmer. On the not so great side, the place is very noisy, being located on Hwy 101. Traffic noise was a problem. But I brought ear plugs for sleeping and it was fine. Some of the silverware was missing, maybe time to replenish. And the curtains in the living room desperately need cleaning.

Great central location with easy beach access, nice apartment, very clean, with a great view. I didn't think about how close it is to the highway when I booked it, so the road noise was a bit of a surprise, but the bed was so comfortable I had no trouble sleeping.
