Stroll less than half a mile to beach access, or take a quick drive up to Roads End State Recreation Site for the easiest access to the sand. Please be aware that on-street parking is not allowed in this neighborhood, and be sure to only park in the four spots provided in the driveway or alongside the left of the house. After you're rested up and ready to take on the day, start with breakfast out at Wildflower Grill or grab a fresh donut at Captain Dan's Pirate Pastry.
Hunt for deals at the outlet mall, play a few games at the casino, then head out to the beach just in time to catch the sunset. There's plenty to do in Lincoln City (including scouring the seven miles of coastline for treasures), but if you're up for a day trip you might like to head about 10 miles south to charming Depoe Bay or 40 miles down to bustling Newport. Of course, thanks to Chinook Winds being a mere two blocks away, you have access to plenty of adventures without having to go quite that far!
