Het Penthouse at Pacific Winds is een unieke vakantiebestemming en biedt gasten exclusieve toegang tot wat altijd een luxe privéresidentie is geweest, persoonlijk geselecteerd en liefdevol onderhouden door de oorspronkelijke eigenaren van het appartement.

Uw ervaring begint met de unieke hoeklocatie op de bovenste verdieping met een spectaculair uitzicht op de Stille Oceaan en kilometers lange zandstranden langs de kust.

Geniet van de volledig uitgeruste gastronomische keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten. Geniet van de warme zon en kijk uit voor migrerende walvissen op het lange dek met uitzicht op de Stille Oceaan. Ontspan op de lederen bank of ligstoelen naast de rivier rock gas open haard en kom tot rust met een film op de slimme HDTV. Originele kunstwerken en kwaliteitsmeubels zijn met liefde onderhouden.

Als het bedtijd is, kunt u zich terugtrekken in uw keuze uit suites met twee slaapkamers, elk met een eigen queensize bed en een complete badkamer, en gaan slapen met de rustgevende geluiden van de Stille Oceaan vanuit uw raam. Beide kamers hebben uitzicht op de oceaan en het bos aan de kust.

Tijdens uw verblijf in Pacific Winds heeft u gratis toegang tot de sportzaal, de speelkamer, het verwarmde binnenzwembad en de spa, evenals onbeperkt snel WiFi in de unit.

Outstanding!

The Penthouse suite was like a prime steak dinner with all the trimmings!! There were a myriad of little conveniences and items which just enhanced the experience. Can’t say enough about Shannon’s help and responsiveness. Highly, highly recommend! The only (very minor) issue was finding the keypad on the door as the lighting was dim. Again, Shannon was very responsive and helpful.

Coast, Chowder, Chocolate, and Cheese

Thank you for sharing what we consider one of the premier penthouse condos on the most picturesque coast in Oregon. During our 2+ week adventure we visited from Astoria to Florence on our Coast, Chowder, Cheese, Chocolate Campaign. The Lincoln City community offered us an excellent combination of shopping, scenery, and seafood. The star of our trip was the condo! The vistas from the professionally decorated, warm, inviting, spacious fireplace living area had us waking early for first light to witness the sound of the surf breaking. We walked the coast every day looking for sea glass, shells, sea stars from the convenient beach access a block away. Sunsets filled the condo with incredible colors cameras cannot accurately capture. I could go on, but I’ll let you create your own memories with a stay at this penthouse condo!

Emotional Reset

My mom passed away a few weeks before my stay. My youngest son was recovering from 2nd and 3rd degree burns he received a few weeks before his grandmother's passing. Both of us needed some down time. Exceeded all expectations

We had the pleasure of staying this penthouse condo and it exceeded all expectations. My mom had recently recovered from months of physical rehab and going to the beach was a recovery goal and her 87th birthday. It was also to celebrate my sisters upcoming 60th birthday so I wanted a very special place where we could see and hear the ocean. The condo did not disappoint. The sweeping view from our balcony was nothing short of exceptional and you can also easily see the view while at the dining table or sitting area. The accommodations were top-notch, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything any cook would need.The overall cleanliness of the condo was impeccable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. This experience was absolute perfection, and it made for a memorable getaway with my mom and sister. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and we would definitely book again. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice location and unit. The plexiglass on the deck is weathered so you need to stand or enjoy the View from inside. Parking is ample. Ez in and out and easy beach access.

Loved the view

The condo needs a deep clean. Doors needed wiped down. The bathroom fixtures and fan needs dusted badly. Ceiling fan dusty. The furniture in the living room needs replaced. They are broke down. We used pillows to make them a little comfortable to sit on. The front left burner on the stove didnt work. The exhaust fan for the stove is not vented to outside. It just blows right back onto the stove top from the side of the microwave. The beds were nice. The shower in the bathroom in the hall had great water pressure. Like i said the view was great. Just not sure if i should have paid a cleaning fee for mediocre cleaning.

Oh, so enjoyed!

We had an excellent time. The condo was sparkly clean and cozy. We loved the ocean view. The Whitewater waves below made you feel like you were on a ship! The beds were very comfortable. The property was quiet, and the sunsets were gorgeous. The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking pots/pans/utensils we needed. Sharon was fantastic, helpful, and responsive. We hope to be back!

It was really nice and almost every way..

(1) We were awakened the last night we were there by smoke alarms whose batteries had not been changed. We are both property managers for commercial properties and this is something that would have been on the must do list at least once a year. We recommend updating your cleaning staff to this oversight. (2) the TV did not easily except my casting. Most people traveling will want to access, casting since streaming is the most popular way of viewing entertainment. We recommend asking someone to provide instructions for casting to your TV. (3) it was not easy to find the garbage area outside. (4) other than those things, it was a very nicely appointed space, and it was especially nice to have beach towels available. The kitchen was well stocked. as requested, we wash the towels and decided to wash the sheets as well. Since we only used one room there weren’t very many towels to put in the washer. we didn’t know if you were aware that it takes two correct entry code attempts to actually get the door to unlock.

A Coasts

Beautiful ocean front views where the sounds of the surf lull you to that peaceful nights sleep! A very relaxing and an enjoyable time for our annual get together of lifelong friends at what we called the coastal retreat. Suggestions: outdoor friendly beverage glasses for adult beverages, outdoor beach chairs for taking down to the beach , since this is an ocean/beachfront property and not an item that you would typically bring if traveling by air and perhaps some beach towels. Overall, very nice accommodations and a location where we would return again!!!!

Other reviews help me immensely and the reviews for this condo were near perfect. It's perfectly located, amazing views and the condo itself was comfortable, well stocked and very well maintained. I don't usually repeat a location when vacationing but this will be our go to every fall.
