This rental house is beautiful. The finishes are gorgeous and the main areas are spacious and open. We enjoyed the open kitchen/living room area with a wide table set between that we spent hours at playing cards or enjoying a meal. You can see the ocean through the houses across the street and across a fair expanse of water. There is beach access at the end of the road. The kitchen is, no joke, the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental house. It has everything from spices and sauces to baking sheets and mixing bowls. The living room has a very comfortable, large couch with the fireplace and wall mounted tv right in front of the couch. The fireplace has a gas thermostat, which was nice for the colder evenings.The beds were decent, a little on the hard side for me, but I'm used to my Nectar mattress :-). The ensuite bedroom (the one with the bunkbeds) was obviously a garage at some point. They did a great job with the add-on. The driveway light is in this bedroom and the washer/dryer are in the bedroom closet. Those were the only things that I wasn't expecting, but once i got used to them it didn't bother me. The back deck is off this bedroom as well, but we didn't get to use that due to the weather.We spent a week at this home and I will be renting it again. Jack, the host, was very nice and response time for my questions was VERY quick.
