'We were so impressed with this property that we tried to add an extra day. Unfortunately they were booked solid. Hot tub was hot, no surprise. Pool was great. Impressed with unit kitchen, FULLY STOCKED with kitchen ware. Broom and vacuum in unit. Plenty of towels. Large living area and murphy bed which was great for our adult son who met us there for this visit.'

'We love the RiverWalk! Tucked in the beautiful white mountains, with the feel and amenities of a large resort. The rooms and suites are spacious and comfortable, the property is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are two onsite restaurants, and you have a grocery store and several other restaurants within an easy walk. The outdoor pools and hot tub are amazing. 'Everything was fine until I got up in the morning to take a shower. NO HOT WATER! I was on a schedule to leave so I had to bypass the shower. I reported it at check out and requested a credit on my bill and was told by the person behind the desk that the manager would call me and a credit would be arranged. Three days have gone by and no one has called me. Don’t stay here if you will need a warm shower at any point or just plain hot water.'

'Breakfast was fine. Our bathtub had a big area of dried soggy soap residue on the ledge. So I imagine the tub wasn’t cleaned. Never saw the pool. The stairs to the second level in our room was VERY steep. The bed setup was great otherwise to sleep 6. Check out was 10am and our child had a competition until 11am so that was very inconvenient. $75 per hour for late check out. No thanks. I don’t know why they have such an early checkout. 'Upon arrival the rooms smelled stale and the refrigerator made a very loud sound. I wanted to shower after a long drive from NYC and there was no hot water. I called down to reception and the concierge said “oh, sorry! I forgot to tell you there won’t be hot water”. He couldn’t even tell me when it would be back on. The queen size beds are actually full size but they are comfy so there’s that. Lastly, I came back from a hike to get ready for a wedding and there was no power. I had to get ready...
