'The hotel supposedly has a shuttle to pick up people from the airport. But once you arrive from Europe without phone credit or data, there is no way to reach the hotel to request the shuttle. The hotel was not very clean (not awful either). Breakfast was terrible: sugar wrapped in plastic. Area around the hotel not great.'

'Two issues- One- too much information required on check in- addresses etc. Zip is usually all that is needed for credit card and stay was prepaid. Two- no night light in bathroom! Either pitch black or full on light to use it in the middle of the night. Thanks!'

'We booked a room for 2, including breakfast. So we expected a fully covered breakfast and not a coupon for 20 dollar per room (2 persons). This did not cover a normal breakfast, the minimum price was 25 - 30 dollar for 2 persons. We complained about this and after some discussions we got a 30 dollar coupon. A bad experience. '
