For a family day out, Jubilee Park with its outdoor swimming pool, or Rand Farm Park (14.5 miles) is an award-winning attraction where you can stroke and feed farm animals and pets. The National Golf Centre at Woodhall Spa, with its two world-class courses, is just 17.5 miles away, and the National Trust’s magnificent Tattershall Castle is 20 miles away.

Enter via the stable door in the garden, taking one shallow step down into the delightful, open-plan kitchen/diner. You can hang coats inside the door and leave shoes on the rack in this room. The kitchen boasts wonderful contemporary features, which contrast beautifully with exposed stone and rustic beams. Create quick snacks or gourmet feasts in here, with a dishwasher to help clean up and a coffee machine for that essential morning beverage. The dining table seats five for hearty meals and offers a space to perch while chatting or assisting the designated cook.
