The Space:

Welcome to Cecil House, a pet friendly 2 bed house nestled in the heart of Lincoln. This property offers two bedrooms and a sofa bed sleeping up to 5 people sharing or 3 individuals, making it ideal for a small family, a couple seeking a getaway or contractors working locally.



As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a homely atmosphere, with modern amenities to ensure your comfort. The well-equipped kitchen boasts both a washer and dishwasher, allowing you to relax and unwind without worrying about chores.



Outside, you'll find a delightful seating area where you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy al fresco dining amidst the serene surroundings. Plus, with free on street parking available for one vehicle, exploring the area couldn't be easier.



Cecil House is conveniently located near a variety of local attractions and amenities. History enthusiasts will delight in exploring Lincoln Castle and Cathedral, both just a short distance away. For those craving a taste of nature, the nearby Whisby Nature Park offers scenic walking trails and birdwatching opportunities.

Please note the stairs are steep and may not be suitable for guests with poor mobility.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the property throughout their stay. The only area that is locked in the out house and cleaning cupboard.



The Neighborhood:

Property is located 3min walk to the Newport Arch (the start of uphill Lincoln known as the Bailgate area containing numerous bars, restaurants, boutiques and markets). It is by far the most historic and picturesque part of Lincoln.



Within 10min walk you can also reach the High Street, Marina and Lincoln University.



The house is also very close to local amenities on Burton Road including co-op, boutique shops and take aways.
