Coffee was SO So hot, flimsy coffee cup and lid- cup somewhat collapsed as lid came off. Burnt right hand, several small blisters on palm of hand. Did talk to manager who was somewhat dismissive. I didn’t mean it to be a complaint but didn’t want others to have burns like mine or worse

Thank you Karen for leaving a review, I am so sorry that you hurt yourself using our coffee. Accidents happen but that doesn't mean we don't care or are dismissive. An incident report was filed for this case and it will be tracked to ensure this was a fluke and not a common incident with our coffee and cups used at the hotel. Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Nice property with friendly staff! Room was very spacious and clean! Got in late and had to leave early, the breakfast provided hit the spot and sent me off ready for my 600 mile drive! I will be staying again on my next trip through Nebraska!

It’s an average property in need of updating. Beds were comfortable. Room had a strong chemical odor. Found a few ants in the room - could be possible the room had a pesticide treatment for ants recently. Desk clerk on phone when checking out so could not report. Breakfast attendant was awesome and breakfast was full and well attended to. Night desk clerk was very welcoming and kind.

This was the best room we have ever stayed at with enough room for all 6 of us! 3 king beds - great price! Highly recommend and will stay again for sure!

Fantastic staff
The place was great, very friendly helpful staff. We had our anxious arthritic dog with us and they were so accommodating to put us right by an entrance door on the bottom floor. The place was mostly very clean, but there was some kitty litter from a previous occupant on the floor under the bathroom sink. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.
