Perfect location for Loon Mountain
Our family of five (two adults, and three kids ages 7, 9, and 11) had a very enjoyable stay. The condo was the perfect size - a bedroom for the parents and a bedroom for the kids, and we each had our own bathroom. Living room and dining room could seat us all comfortably. Kitchen was stocked with basic necessities. Some of us skied and some of us took advantage of the indoor pool (which was warm), the hot tub, and the game room. Game room required quarters but prices were reasonable. The grocery store is a three minute drive, and there are many restaurants and coffee shops within a five minute drive. We will definitely stay here again!

Great spot, clean, lots of space
Decided last minute to enjoy a day of skiing after a late March snowstorm. I saw this property and decided to book it for me and a HS fiend. Easy in, Easy Out, clean, well maintained. All around pleasant and nice.

I was very impressed with the location, ease of check-in, accommodations and general friendliness of everyone we deal with. And, on top of the lodging being easy, cozy and clean- the owner of the condo, Eva, was awesome! She was very easy and nice to deal with. Perfect Loon getaway for family
We had a wonderful stay at Eva's condo. The communication was excellent prior to arrival with very clear check in and check out process. The condo was spacious for our family of 4, had a high chair and some books/toys for kids which was a great surprise! Our daughters loved swimming and going in the jacuzzi. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. 3 minute drive to Loon, we skied on the weekdays when no shuttle runs but there is a shuttle on weekends! We really hope to stay here again.

Great place in a great location!
We had a wonderful stay and a great time skiing at Loon which is across the street. The beds were comfy. The bath towels were nice. The unit was as described and had everything we needed. We had fun trying out the racquetball court. Bring quarters if you want to play in the arcade. The change machine was out all week, but the office was able to give us some change. We tried out the hot tub, which was great after a day of skiing. We hope to make it back and would definitely recommend staying here!

Change of scenery
We are very familiar with the Lincoln NH area. My sister-in-law, my husband and myself wanted a change of scenery for a few days. And some nice foliage drives. The Nordic Inn is a little tired and could use some updating for sure. The biggest issue was the accuracy of the listing. The kitchen and eating area were very nice and just recently redone. The bedrooms were decent size. The ACs were located in the bedrooms. It was difficult to maintain the temperature. They were loud. It's certainly time to replace them with more efficient units. There wasn't an AC in the main living area. The living area was small. It would be hard pressed to have 6 people in there. Let me say that it's time to replace the reclining sectional. One side of the recliner didn't have a handle, it was covered with a big piece of tape. It just didn't recline. The other end of the sectional did recline but just barely. There was a hole in the wall under the window next to the fireplace that was covered by a piece of cardboard. The balcony was disappointing. In summary, I would say the description of the condo gives the impression of a larger space that is pristine. We definitely had a pleasant time. We only spent the evenings in the condo so it was ok. The condo could use some updating. The cleaning is subpar and the owner should speak with the cleaners.

We found trash(about 20 empty mini alcohol bottles) in one of the night stands, things felt sticky in the kitchen, we were left 2 face cloths for 2 nights with 4 people staying, the king bed was comfortable but literally woke us up everytime we rolled over. I have never slept on such a squeaky bed. When we checked out I realized I had left one of my daughters toys there, I asked if she could look and it’s now been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a word. Convenient location, the pool was great but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Two weeks after her stay, this guest filed several reports with VRBO demanding a refund and that she needs to be compensated for her stay. 1st for not sending her toy back, and then another report for uncleanliness and last report was made claiming that she read negative reviews on my listing but they were all deleted by me. 1) when she told me she left a toy there, I immediately responded to her to let her know I'll have my cleaner check for it on her next cleaning. She has to understand that cleaners are not at the condo everyday. When the cleaner came back and told me there was no toy found there, I immediately let her know. While host is not responsible for guest leaving things behind, I've always been responsive and worked with my guests to send them their items back. 2) During her stay, she did not let me know cleanliness was an issue, if she did, I would have sent the cleaners there right away. 3) I did not and cannot delete or edit reviews on my listing. Making that accusation against me is just crazy. A VRBO agent reached out to her to let her know that owners cannot delete or edit reviews in any way and also let her know she was not entitled for a refund or compensation for her stay. I advise all future guests to look at my reviews from all my previous guests and decide for yourself. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay in Lincoln. The unit was well equipped and very comfortable. We loved the hot tub and even played some ping pong! It was close to many outdoor activities. We were staying during the off season and felt like we had the complex to ourselves!

The condo itself and the owner - A-plus! Very comfortable, had everything we needed. Communication was amazing with Eva. Very warm and accommodating. The rest of the property is a bit dated. Summer is a great time to visit Lincoln, NH
This property provided us with a comfortable place to rest after full days of hiking and exploring the area during the Summer season. We booked our stay last minute and were relieved to find this condo was available for a two night stay. The place was clean, neat, and tidy . Linens were provided as well as thoughtful extras (which meant less planning and packing for me). Beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room for our family of four. Views of Loon Mountain right out of your window. You can easily walk to several restaurants including Common Man and Flapjacks. I recommend this condo!

The condo is so clean and inviting. The location is right across from Loon Mtn. Many restaurants in the area to choose from, some within walking distance. There's the pool and hot tub in the building which is great to have. You will not be disappointed if you rent this place.

Winter Weekend in Lincoln
Eva’s condo was the perfect spot for a long weekend in the Whites! The condo was well appointed and very clean while being big enough for our party of 5 to stay spread out and comfy all weekend long. Resort living with all the amenities of home!
Eva was an amazing host! Her communication was clear and on point. She took care of providing information about all the major logistics, such as access, keys, parking info, wifi, etc. but also came through on the little things - like a Keurig and fully stocked coffee/tea/hot cocoa bar! I would definitely stay here again. It felt more like staying at a friend's house than at a resort. The unit has a beautiful view of Loon's South Peak, and the unit was immaculate. Definitely recommended for a family trip!

Perfect location!
We stayed at this lovely spot to be close to the Ice Castles and the local shops and eateries. The place was perfect for us, 2 kids 2-4 YO and 2 adults. We could have fit another couple or the grandparents if we wanted to share a room with the kids. Perfect location and looking forward to returning!

This is the second time we have stayed at Eva's and will definitely do it again. Easy, off highway access. Close to all Lincoln and Woodstock attractions. Across from Loon mountain! Although we are not skiers, a shuttle is conveniently run to Loon. Nice pool and game room. Unit is immaculate with 2 suits for privacy if traveling with others. Awesome gas fireplace and kitchen. Eva is super nice and thorough info given as well as easy access to condo. Give it a try!

Loverly and very functional Condo. Had everything we needed for a cozy and comfortable couple days near Loon and short drive to Canon! My family and I had a lovely weekend getaway in NH. The condo was very cozy and clean and in a great location. We enjoyed a day at Santa’s Village and a swim in the indoor pool. We did the river walk across the street and enjoyed a yummy lunch at Black Mountain Burger (both within walking distance). Our kids loved the pool and on checkout morning they had fun in the game room while I packed up. Eva was wonderful and very accommodating and when I had a question responded within minutes. A lot of thoughtful little touches by the host did not go unnoticed. Thank you Eva for a wonderful stay!

Perfect!
This was a last-minute trip for a weekend away. Centrally located in beautiful hiking spots. Easy enough to travel to other destinations as well (such as horseback riding) Local supermarket has everything you need and is 3 minutes away by car. Although we didn't get to enjoy all the property had to offer, we were thrilled by Eva's condo. It was clean and well stocked with the necessities (towels, cleaning supplies, spices for cooking) We so enjoyed being at "home" vs a hotel. Eva was quick to respond to a question or two, but the binder she supplied had plenty of information to point you in the right direction. This was the first time my husband said he would revisit a VRBO place again. He liked it that much!

Great Spot for Leaf Peeping!
Condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and very well appointed with lots of nice touches. The indoor pool and hot tub were great and the location was perfect for leaf peeping in the area. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, too. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

My family (wife and 2 young children) enjoyed this apartment. It had everything we needed. It was well stocked with household items, spacious,comfortable, and right in the middle of town. Close to Loon Mountain and Clark’s Bears. Within an hour of Santa’s Village and Storyland amusement park. Several good restaurants in town and in nearby Woodstock. Great views of thd mountains right outside the building
