High-end Loon Mountain huis, slaapt 15, luxe 6 slaapkamers, 4 ½ bad prive-huis werd gebouwd voor comfort en stijl en prachtig ingericht, met aandacht voor details die de bosrijke sfeer van het gebied weerspiegelen. Onze drie verdiepingen tellende woning heeft een Aspen-gevoel gedurende de seizoenen en is een van de mooiste vakantiehuizen in de omgeving met veel privacy en de beste uitzichten op de Loonberg! Voorzieningen van het huis zijn onder meer het gebruik van ons lidmaatschap bij de Mountain Club in Loon, die toegang biedt tot een binnen- en buitenzwembad, een spa, een tennisbaan en een fitnesscentrum. Daarnaast heeft het huis een garage voor twee auto's, een buitengrill, een vaatwasser, een wasmachine en een droger, een luxe gastronomische keuken met een aparte koelkast, wifi en kabel. Het huis heeft ook DRIE master-suites met een eigen grote badkamer, een extra slaapkamer met een queensize bed en ruimte voor twee andere eenpersoonsbedden, een grote slaapkamer met een eenpersoonsbed. Het huis beschikt over twee grote kamers, een op de begane grond met een open haard en een uitgestrekt uitzicht op de berg. Ook een lager gelegen familiegedeelte met een grote slaapbank, een complete badkamer en veel ruimte. Daarnaast hebben we een apart loftgedeelte voor vrij lezen of genieten van het uitzicht. Dit huis is ontworpen en gebouwd om door meerdere gezinnen te worden gebruikt, maar toch groot genoeg om ruimte te bieden om van te genieten, alles wat u hoeft te doen is genieten!

Beautiful Loon Mountain Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this spacious, well stocked home. The deck was wonderful with a beautiful view. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms for a large group and a great family bedroom with two separate sleeping areas for the young kids. The pool was a bit inconvenient for 10 of us to get to so we rarely took advantage of it but o complaints about the pool itself. I would recommend staying here

Wonderful for our family get away

The house was wonderful for our annual family get away. This was one of the best houses we have stayed at. We loved that there were 3 of the bedrooms had King beds with their own ensuite bathrooms. On the lowest level there were another 2 bedrooms and another large, carpeted family that was great for our 2-year-old grandson to play. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room was wonderful with views of the mountains. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need for cooking. Loved the fact that the house had baby gates for the stairs. There was even a crib in one of the bedrooms. Suggestion is to maybe add a rocking chair in the lower bedroom (where crib is) for guest who have infants. Having access to the Mountain Club was great. We used both the outdoor and indoor pool as well as the sauna and steam rooms. All the adults also booked massages at the Spa. The location of this property was close to restaurants, and only 10 minutes from Clarks Bears. We also enjoyed several hiking trails along the Kancamagus. I highly recommend this property and will look to book again in the future.

Excellent home for a group! A big space with bonus common area downstairs. Well maintained and very well stocked kitchen! The Loon Mountain pool, locker rooms, and facilities are a bit dated but absolutely do the job. Highly recommend!

Perfect Weekend

Our group of 8 adults and 11 children under 10 years old had a wonderful weekend in this home. It was never our intention to ski, so we made great use of the spacious house, well-equipped kitchen, and access to the complex pool. Our kids especially loved using the outdoor hot tub in a snow storm! The house was incredibly clean, and the owner was attentive and accessible throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, and convenient home at Loon.

This house was amazing for a multi-generational family getaway. It was very clean and had plenty of room to spread out as well as gather as a group. The location of the house offered great proximity to Loon for skiing or for swimming at the Health Club. Dave was very responsive to questions and was easy to work with before and during our stay. 4 birthday parties this weekend and this house is outstanding!!!! This house was beautiful!
