Great house, great view
Excellent home for a group! A big space with bonus common area downstairs. Well maintained and very well stocked kitchen! The Loon Mountain pool, locker rooms, and facilities are a bit dated but absolutely do the job. Highly recommend!

Amazing place!
So much room. Completely finished basement. Big kitchen and the wood fireplace came in handy during the cold and rain. Access to the resort was a big bonus! Definitely one of our favorites.

Really great ski condo right next to Loon!
My friends and I found the condo to be comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. A great location in Lincoln just steps from Loon Mountain! The host was great and did a great job communicating.

Perfect Weekend
Our group of 8 adults and 11 children under 10 years old had a wonderful weekend in this home. It was never our intention to ski, so we made great use of the spacious house, well-equipped kitchen, and access to the complex pool. Our kids especially loved using the outdoor hot tub in a snow storm! The house was incredibly clean, and the owner was attentive and accessible throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, and convenient home at Loon.

Wonderful stay!
This house was amazing for a multi-generational family getaway. It was very clean and had plenty of room to spread out as well as gather as a group. The location of the house offered great proximity to Loon for skiing or for swimming at the Health Club. Dave was very responsive to questions and was easy to work with before and during our stay. We highly recommend this house and hope to return next year!

March Madness Birthdays
4 birthday parties this weekend and this house is outstanding!!!! This house was beautiful! So clean, so pretty, the view is gorgeous, the kitchen had everything you need, everything is clearly marked and explained in instructions. I very much want to come back this summer or next fall. Beautiful Home - Convenient to Everything!
There are not enough words to describe how beautiful the house was. Everything about the house and location was perfect. Very clean and inviting. Perfect for a family with adult children and their significant others. There are large gathering spaces, and also plenty of privacy. We loved that the ski resort was so close. It was easy enough to drop everyone off if we wanted to. The pubs at the resort were great to relax and enjoy a drink or appetizer in while taking a break from skiing. There were also so many places to go in the surrounding area, which is a PLUS as some of our family members are non-skiers. David was a GREAT host and very responsive which ensured we were prepared for our trip. We cannot wait to go back and make more memories! Thank you again David, for sharing your home with us.

Great house, location, setup
This place is even better than the pics make it appear. The house is very large, set up very well, beds are great, furniture and kitchen just what you'd need. It's a .5 mile walk to the mountain so you will likely drive or get dropped off, but it's very quick. Everything was excellent.

Great Ski House
This house has a great setup for a big group, and the kitchen is very well appointed for cooking meals. It is convenient to the mountain, although not on on a shuttle, so be prepared to park. Overall an excellent stay!

Fun trip- great property.
The house is amazing. The host is very friendly. The check-in and check-out procedure is very clear. The house is about a 3 minute drive to Loon entrance. They provide about every dish imaginable to their guests. Things of note for guests to consider might be (not negatives, just notes)- the road up the mountain can get very slick and the parking at the Loon resort (where the swimming pool is) can be tight- it is also in a parking garage which won't be good to park in if you have a topper on your car/truck/van. In nicer weather you could definitely just walk down to the pool.

Hi Jared very glad you enjoyed our home. Just a note typically the mountain club gets busy during Presidents weekend and school vacation week. Most other times parking at the mountain club is manageable. Thanks again Dave

Perfect house with beautiful views
This is our 2nd time staying at this wonderful home. The layout works perfectly for annual cousin trip, which consist of 3 separate families. 6 adults and 6 kids under the age of 9. I love this design because each adult couple has their own king with bathroom attached. We loved the upgrades made to the den and kitchen. We can't wait to return!

Loon Family Christmas 2023
We planned our 2023 Christmas getaway with children and grandchildren a year in advance. We were so excited to have this time together at this home at Loon, one of our favorite destinations for years. My partner and I arrived a day in advance to decorate a bit and settle in before our 3 children and spouses and 6 grandchildren joined us. When we first entered the house, we immediately thought it was beautiful. There was plenty of room for all adults and children, with 5 bedrooms, a playroom with door if needed for a 6th bedroom, 4 full baths and one half. The house was well equipped and very clean. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive from the time we booked our stay to when we had questions while there. The house has beautiful mountain views and is a short distance from Loon Mountain. It is also close to trails and downtown Lincoln. We had an amazing time and are so thankful for the family memories from our stay at this special home. Thank you, David!

Beautiful Home in an Excellent Location
This was our third stay at this home and we seem to love it more with each stay. The location is fantastic but the house itself has the best view on the mountain. The deck is huge with a panoramic mountain view. The home is open concept with plenty of space for playing board games, doing puzzles, and just hanging out. Kitchen is well-stocked with high-end pots, pans, and cooking utensils. A short walk to a number of outdoor activities (gondola, bike rentals, the river, etc.). Would highly recommend for families and friend groups.

The property is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. Private and quiet away from the other houses. Very clean. Stocked with everything you could ever need. Property manager was very accommodating to any requests. Would definitely be back again.

Great place. Very clean. Great location. My wife and I vacationed with my two sons and two daughters and their young families. We had a fabulous week even though we had the worst weather. The house made up for the bad weather. Thanks Dave, loved it.

Loved this house
The house was perfect for our stay with our children and grandchildren ranging in ages from 1 through 15. The kitchen has everything needed and the view from the deck is to die for. Everything was perfect! When I called the owner and told him we needed more blankets someone showed right up and supplied us with more blankets. Thank you for such a lovely home!

Family (boys) fishing weekend 29th year!
From the moment we walked in the compliments on how nice the place this is were flowing. Our family group had stayed at many different places, but this one was so perfect. Luxurious kitchen, comfortable beds, clean, very roomy, quiet, totally amazing. It was nice to be isolated somewhat, although our group is very quiet to begin with. Although we had overcast and rain, the accommodations made up for it. Being able to all gather in the kitchen, for our main meal was a nice treat. We look forward to returning here again next year. Special thank you to our host Dave, for his great communication on the whole process. Made things flow very nicely.

Family ski trip
This house comes equipped with everything needed for a stay. We cooked every meal for a long weekend with 10 adults and three young kids and did not need to run out to get a thing. Clean, spacious, and a quick drive down the street to Loon. The added plus was the access to the resort pool for the kids. Will definitely be back!

Plenty of space for a multi-family gathering
It was the most frigid weekend in memory but we made the most of it in this beautiful home! Families with young kids gathered and the layout was perfect to help the adults relax on the main floor, while the kids had their own space downstairs. Obviously the proximity to Loon can't be beat and the membership to the Mountain Club pool came in very handy when it was too cold to ski one of the days! We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider this home again. Thanks David for being a great host!

Accommodated a group of 12 perfectly! Wonderful layout and fully stocked kitchen- we had two family style meals both nights and it was perfect. Plenty of driveway parking for cars and easy commute to drop people skiing. House is stunning, comfy beds/couches. We especially loved the fireplace, we will def book again!

Perfection!
This is the second time we have stayed at this amazing home. It has been remodeled since we were there last and the updates are superb. The home is large enough for our whole family, which is quite big,, but still retains a. cozy and inviting atmosphere. David, our host is always so communicative and responsive and helps to contribute to our positive experience staying at this incredible home. The house is conveniently located to Loon Mountain which the skiers in our family so appreciated. We had a wonderful and memorable time and would love to return again.

This was a fabulous rental…we rented a house on the same street two years ago and this was far better in regards to floor plan and overall accomodations….having two one year old girls and a 4 year old the open floor plan was perfect. Rained all day on Saturday so was great for the family to be able to use the Spa and Arcade. The Black Diamond restataunt was perfect for lunch and of course the Common Man for one dinner…otherwise we cooked in which was perfect as the kitchen is so well stocked. We will be back!

Beautiful property fully equipped for all your needs
This house is stunning; the pictures don't even do it justice. We booked this property to get away and celebrate my mother's 60th birthday with my siblings and their children. The house came fully equipped with all our needs. We cooked every meal at the home over the long weekend, and there was never a time when we needed something the house did have. We utilized the pool and spa at Loon, and it was the perfect day trip for our large family of 17 (10 adults 7 children). We will definitely revisit this house in the future.

Had the best time with family up in the mountains
Had a small family get together at the house up by Loon mountain resort. It was a breeze, the instructions sent by David were comprehensive and accurate. The house was fully stocked with kitchen equipment / needs and there was more than enough room for the adults to hang out with a glass of wine upstairs while the kids played and watched TV downstairs. We loved staying at the house and will certainly be staying again!

This was our second year at this home, and it was wonderful again. We even adjusted out years-long vacation schedule just so we could stay at this property. Everything is perfect for our family. Our Son's wedding weekend
This beautiful home was the perfect place for our family. Our son's wedding was at Loon mountain and my parents enjoyed the master bedroom on the 1st floor. This spacious home has 3 king bedrooms with onsuite baths. The lower level would be perfect for families with children. Very clean and well maintained. My favorite part was the amazing view ! We enjoyed the 4 Adirondack chairs on the deck and we were surprised paper products were included which is very helpful if you are traveling. The additional refrigerator in the garage was helpful as well on the wedding day. We were very happy with property.

Great time!
I rented this house for a couple days and my time staying here was amazing, I loved the view from the front porch, I loved the kitchen, I loved the rooms, I just loved everything about this house. But my one concern was about the bed sheets it smelt like it wasn’t washed when I first got to the house other than that everything was fantastic.

Magic in the White Mountains
This beautiful mountain home was the perfect setting for our family wedding nearby in Woodstock NH. The property owners were fantastic to interface with and made sure we had all the latest information to make our stay as wonderful as can be. The views, nearby attractions, cleanliness. and location were superb. If you are planning a White Mountain visit don't pass this gem up! We will rent this property again for sure.

Spacious & Cozy
My family and I absolutely loved staying in this home. It was wonderful to explore the Lincoln area doing all our favorite things (Clarks Trading Post, Mini Golf, Wine Tasting, Common Man for Dinner) and have such a wonderful home to come back to. The kitchen was fabulous and had every amenity you could think of. We also enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck and getting to use the pool at the Mountain Club. I hope to come back soon!

What a wonderful weekend. And yes, we did see bears! The house was beautiful and the view was great. We had several in our group who were elderly/disabled so we mostly stayed in the house enjoying the view and each other's company. We hope to stay here again. As a Chef, the kitchen was a dream!
