Best One Yet
We're VRBO veterans. I usually don't give a review beyond a "star" rating. But........This was the best one we've stayed at to date. Very clean, very well stocked beyond what's usual. The highlight.........knives that were sharp enough to actually cut things! What a concept. We will stay here again.

A perfect fit for our needs.
Our family needed a place to gather various out of state members for an extended six night stay. The house was perfect for us. With four bedrooms and two full bathrooms we never felt hemmed in upon each other. The kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare our own meals and the living area was very comfortable with reclining couches all around. Flat screens in each bedroom and the nice patio out back gave us plenty room to stretch out. All remarked on what a nice place it was! Yes, we would return. And...the price was very reasonable!

Perfect Family Gathering Place
This was my first experience renting a vacation home and will rent this house again when we all gather in Lincoln again. Rhonda thought of everything! UNL Graduation gathering
Rhonda’s house was perfect for our graduation weekend in Lincoln! Super Close to campus and downtown, but just far enough to avoid congestion!! The house was very clean and just as described! The patio and backyard were also lovely! Thank you for a great place!!

Great location and Family Ready
This place felt like home away from home. It had everything that we needed for our family. We visited for a wedding and were tasked with cooking half of the rehearsal dinner and the kitchen was perfect for that. We had 3 adults, an infant, 7 yr old, and 17 yr old. The backyard was beautiful with plenty of room for us to play and cook out. There are stairs down into the basement where 2 rooms are located, but the owner provides gates to protect the little ones. Check out was easy as well. Perfect place to stay for a family

Perfect for our group.
The house is clean and just as described. I was traveling with teens on a college tour and golfing trip. The many smart tvs were welcomed! We enjoyed the beautiful weather and grilled outside both nights. Thanks for a great stay, we will probably be back next year!

Great place to stay in Lincoln!
This house was clean, comfortable and a great place for my family to hang out in while visiting Lincoln. We had 5 kiddos with us (ages 3 to 12) and they had plenty of space to play, especially in the lovely fenced-in back yard. There is also a nice park and playground 2 blocks down the street. The zoo was a 5 minute drive, and downtown was maybe a 10 minute drive. Also, Rhonda the host was so nice and accommodating for our large group of 8. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Lincoln. Thanks, Rhonda!

Worth the stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! We were provided everything we needed. The pictures don't do it justice, as the property is very spacious!! It was even better in person. I would highly recommend this property. Great for families.

My group of four past-middle-age siblings has stayed in this home once before--in 2019. We found it so convenient and pleasant it was our first choice for a return visit to Lincoln. We again found it clean and comfortable, and with new living room furniture. The host communicates helpfully and keeps the home well-supplied with cooking and housekeeping necessities. We will likely be back.

It was in a nice quiet neighborhood and easy to get our venues and shopping or restaurants. It was very clean and organized. Loved sitting out back it was very peaceful. Also enjoyed having a grill to use.

Nice house but suffered from dust mites
House was nice and appeared clean, but two members of our family are very sensitive to allergens, and they had a tough time breathing in the house. We think it was dust mites. We left early and Rhonda would not give any refunds. Otherwise a nice house with a nice backyard.

Hi Joey, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. As per our discussion when you informed me you were checking out on Wednesday evening at 6pm on the third day of your stay I did discuss with you that in August the allergen level is high here related to grasses, and I had observed the 4 children outside playing a lot. I have had over 125 different booking in this house and not once has anyone complained of allergens from within the house. The house is cleaned immaculately between each visit and mattresses and pillows are all enclosed in allergen resistant covers. As far as not issuing you a refund you were there 3 days before you ever informed me of any issues, and then waited until Wednesday night to let me know you would be checking out. Hence you had one more night stay on your visit. I regret that some of your family members have allergies. In the future I would not immediately look to the source as dust mites, as it very well could have been the grass and trees. I hope your family stays healthy and happy during this Holiday season.
