The staff was very nice and the room was tidy and clean. However, I was put in a room that was right above a flood light that shone on the building the entire time. So needless to say, I had floodlights shining in my room, despite the curtains being closed. Ridiculous.

Motel 6 what do you expect
They are remodeling so it was not really a comfortable place. Room had bed night stand that’s about it. I don’t think it was in a great part of town. It I dont know. Place was noisy because of so many people overall if you need a place and nothing else is available it’s ok

I didn’t like the extra charge when I checked in. Despite what was offered on Expedia, despite that charge, I had to pay extra at check in. A extra $60.00 was added to my original bill. Claimed that I will be reimbursed, but it will take a few days. They took my money instantly but if I get it back, it won’t be for a few days. I don’t agree with this process.

the one register at the desk for the motel 6 part of it was kinda sad. obviously more people use that sude of it and should have another register. there a 30 mintue line to check in becuase these people didnt have reservations and it was just difficult. also housekeeping cane knocking on my door at 8am - 3 hours before my checkout

Room walls seem too thin. Other guest were extremely noisy . Other guests had dogs that wouldn’t stop barking at night, which led to being unable to get to proper rest. Internet was intermittent at best .

Receptionist and staff were excellent. We knew that the price was comparatively low, so our expectations were accordingly. Walls that needed painted, many upgrades needed, coffee only for breakfast, but our rooms were clean and presentable.

Swapped Rooms as arriving; big improvement; while yet upper floor! Nicely near Elevator (and ice machine ; ) as am Permanently ‘disabled’. Was able park close to front, and utilize Elevators!!! Front desk very quick to assist/suggest room change helpful! Super price; quite reasonable!

This property is mid-renovation and they are very up front about this. The lady who checked us in was great and made my family feel welcome after a long day of traveling! The room was exactly what you'd expect for the cost of the stay. The beds are new and the room was mostly upgraded. It was safe and accommodating and met the expectations for what we paid for it.

Was made to wait until afternoon, before I could check -in . So had to reschedule the reason I was there to next day. Room wasn’t clean the whole time I was there . Sliding door was smeared attempt clean . Bugs in room . The WIFi only worked one day . And the aircon barely work set temp a 60 degrees and full fan , to make it cool never really got cold .

There was no breakfast included, but otherwise the hotel was not too bad given that I paid only $40.00. There was one cockroach in the bathroom, which indicates a possible problem. Bed linens were clean and the room and the bathroom were clean.

This is an older property that we have stayed in the past. Bath fixtures are showing signs of many years of use. But all in all, room was very clean and the staff was helpful. We will stay there again.

They are in the process of remodeling: new floor (sans baseboards) and bed. Our main complaint had to do with room 213. The exterior lights had our room lit up so much that I thought it was daylight at 1:00 am. There is a curtain but it isn't tight against the window. We attempted to hang our bedspread but that didn't work. Also, an alarm in the adjacent room went off early in the morning. We determined there was no one occupying the room even tho the alarm would shut off it would go off again on a regular basis. It continued for several hours. On a good note, I left my Stanley coffee container and they kept it for us to pick up a couple days later.

We paid upfront,$1400. We got out on a floor where there was construction and ended up having to change rooms. They knew we we there for the month because of our apartment burning down. So we moved. The next day we wake up to find that my wife and my oldest son had bed bug bites all over them. I immediately removed my family from the motel and stayed there myself in the bed with no bed bugs. There are also roaches infested there. On top of that a dude just got murdered at that motel and stuffed in the dumpster. Spend the extra $200-$300 and stay at Super 8.

Upon arrival, staff was friendly and attentive. My fiancé has a rare neurological condition coupled with many allergies and PTSD, making environmental concerns an essential priority. I had an invasive procedure performed yesterday. After having moved her out of an apartment with a roach infestation among multiple problems causing health issues for both of us, she wanted me to stay in a clean place to avoid any of my activity restrictions and post-anesthesia restrictions altogether. The room had a roach infestation and areas with visible mold. While I was discussing the issues we encountered at the front desk and showing staff the sealed zipper bag that had some of my fiancé’s allergy travel supplies and a live roach enclosed (only to be dismissed with: “the exterminators sprayed for roaches yesterday, and got them all stirred up”) a housekeeper was opening the deadbolt and safety latch and walking in on my fiancé in the bathroom. That worked wonders for an already delicate situation. Upon taking her to a local urgent care clinic, her condition deteriorated enough for me to activate EMS and follow her to the emergency department again.

remodeling going on. stopped in after a long drive. tried to go to sleep but too much hammering going on. asked desk clerk to have them stop and she said it will only be another hour or so. i went and told to stop myself and this was at 9:00 pm! hammering stopped but had to listen to the elevator go up and down for the rest of the night.

Good people, bad building
Employees were very friendly and helpful however our room was aweful. It doesnt look like the advertised online pictures so dont be fooled. The roomitself looked empty and there was no fridge. The carpet looked stained and dirty and they had bugs in the bathrooms.
