BASIC motel, no amenities like Kleenex’s, coffee pot, pillows are size of bag of marshmallows. The room was fine, bathroom needs some LOVE. Nice tv and comfy beds, except for pillows, clean and accessible. On our way to Lincoln, received call telling me I needed a $200.00 cash deposit to stay at facility, if I had not been driving, I would have canceled reservation. However when we arrived, the young lady at desk said nothing about deposit and neither did I. The caller said since I was from state I needed to pay deposit!

Well, you get what you pay for - unfortunately I paid for a cheap hotel that had breakfast included - at least as posted on Hotels.com and there was nothing for breakfast except coffee and tea. The water pressure and hot water was good in the shower, so that was decent. Nothing special, a place to sleep.

We are located on Highway 6, right next Interstate-80, and Highway 77, and up the street from the Lincoln Municipal Airport. The best part of being in the hospitality industry is that we get to meet guests from all walks of life. Paid for a room for someone who was without a place to stay to sit out a blizzard. A $200 cash deposit was required. Hotel would not take a credit card over the phone. Needed to drive 25 miles in snow to get this person in a safe place.

Hello Donald,Thank you for leaving us a review. We are glad you and your party made it safely in your travels during that snow storm. I would like to explain some of our procedures to make sure everything is clear. We can make a reservation for you over the phone with your card, no problem. To pay for the room with your card, we need a signed authorization form that we email to you, and you can sign and send it back our way. However, we still need an incidental in the form of a card authorization or a 200 cash deposit from the person signing our registration form. The card authorization falls off in a few days or we return your 200 deposit in the morning. It's a procedure that we do to make sure bad guests don't walk out of our room with your TV's in their hand. I apologize for all inconveniences, and I hope our paths cross again. Thank you for your business.

When I arrived, I was told I needed to give them a $200 cash deposit. I had already paid for the room, they had my CC on file and it was close to 11 PM. I ended up staying in my truck - wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy.

Hello Christian,Sorry to hear that you stayed in your truck. We do agree that the room has been booked and paid for, but for our personal protocol, we cannot hand you a key until we get a deposit. We take deposits in the form of cash or a credit card. What you had was not a credit card. Please consider bringing some cash on your next trip! I know that we are not the only ones that have this policy. Best of luck!

I have never felt so scared for my life. The room next to us had a very loud person outside under the influence. Smelled terrible, I had to leave the door open so the smell could go away. Bathroom floor was sticky and not clean. Same with the carpet. Avoid if you can!

We had such a fantastic stay in Lincoln, thanks to the employees at Rodeway Inn. From the minute we arrived, to stepping into a clean, comfortable room, we were so happy with our choice. Staff went above and beyond to help us and gave us the most delicious food recommendations, too. It was such a nice relief in the middle of a long (and somewhat stressful) road trip.

Great for the regular price, book early!
Hotel was exactly as advertised. Hotel was clean, quiet, felt safe. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would stay again. I did pay premium prices because I did not know it was a Nebraska football game day when I booked. We were there for a bowling tournament. I paid with fees $140, and the normal price on this hotel is $57. It was still the least expensive place I could find when I booked it too close to a game day. It would be a great place for the $57! Just a heads up, the breakfast is a grab and go with an apple, a granola bar and a bottle of water. So don’t think you’re getting a great breakfast, although I do understand Covid restrictions. Overall I would recommend Rodeway Inn!

Great for the price!
This is an old building, do not expect fancy. But, it's clean, the room was in good shape, the staff was very friendly, and it was cheap. For a quick overnight stay after a concert, we were more than pleased, especially when others we knew were staying in similar quality rooms at other hotels for 4x the price. You can tell the management is working to improve the property and the staff actually cares about their guests.

However, one of the best quality about our little motel is that it is made solid like a brick. Our walls are soundproof and they don't make them like how they use to! Hello Valued Guest, If you made your reservation through Expedia and have not gotten your refund, we recommend that you contact Expedia and explain to them your situation. There was no transaction that occurred on our end. We also highly suggest that if you are traveling, it would be a wise decision to bring more than one form of payment, as chyme card is relatively new is not accepted everywhere. Great friendly staff, big clean room. Had mini fridge and microwave. Only gripe was the head of the bed was under a window that had a very bright light outside, and the light shown under the curtains directly on my face at night.

Comfortable bed
Paid for our college son traveling across the country. He said the bed was very comfortable and he ended up sleeping in later because of it (a good thing!). Clean room and quiet.
