Suites by the Sea is the perfect spot for your coastal Maine getaway! We're right across the street from Lincolnville Beach, and with two private screened-in balconies, you can soak up the view without worrying about bugs.

Looking to explore? Lincolnville is the ideal hub for discovering mid-coast Maine. Head south to Camden and Rockland for great restaurants, shops, and even schooner rides. If you're up for a hike, Camden Hills State Park is just a short drive away. To the north, Belfast offers more shopping and dining options, and about 1.5 hours away, you’ll find Acadia National Park with its stunning rocky coastline.

After a day of adventure, return to the quiet charm of Lincolnville. You'll find two beachside restaurants just steps away, and don't miss the Maine Artisans Shop on the first floor of our building, showcasing locally crafted goods.

Our spacious penthouse, with around 2,000 sq. ft., has plenty of room to spread out and relax. The front balcony looks out over the beach and Penobscot Bay, while the family room is perfect for kids to enjoy games, books, puzzles, and TV. For music lovers, there’s even a baby grand piano!

We can accommodate up to 10 guests with three bedrooms (each with a queen bed), a queen pull-out sofa in the living room, and a daybed with a trundle (2 twins) in the family room. Need more room? Ask about our two studio apartments for extra space for six additional guests.

Unwind after your day with a soak in the large jetted tub or enjoy the extra-large shower with two showerheads in the main bathroom. In cooler weather, cozy up by one of the two gas fireplaces or relax on the balcony as you watch the snow fall over the water.

A couple of things to note:

The penthouse is on the third floor, and while there's no elevator, a stairlift is available for assistance.

Suites by the Sea is on busy Route 1, so you might hear some traffic noise. With the doors closed and AC running, it’s usually not an issue.

We have security cameras monitoring the parking lot, entrance, beach, and saltwater marsh, as well as cameras in the store downstairs.

Lastly, a Renter’s Agreement must be signed to finalize your reservation and receive your door codes.

We hope to make your stay easy and comfortable, and maybe you’ll even catch one of Maine’s breathtaking sunrises while you’re here!

What a great space for a large group! Big enough where everyone didn’t feel on top of each other when we were all there. You could tell that they really spend their time cleaning the unit thoroughly. Not a speck of sand to be found! Speaking of sand - beautiful location right across from the beach. Linda was very quick to respond and answer all of my questions. I would recommend this rental to anyone staying in the area!

This was an immaculate property. Beautiful location. An hour and half from the Acadia national Park. It was very well stocked and had all the amenities and in abundance. The kitchen is very well stocked. Bathrooms are also very well organized and enough supplies for like a month stay.

It was a perfect experience for our family. Already Planning Our Next Stay!

The whole trip exceeded our expectations! From the quaint town of Lincolnville to this fabulous property, things couldn't have been more perfect. We took day trips north and south, happy to return each evening to our quiet respite. There was nothing the home lacked for - from the Q-tips I forgot to pack down to plenty of coffee. This home is super comfortable and well equipped. And the location is central to so many fun places. We liked Bar Harbor a lot. Our favorite town though was Camden - just a few minutes away from Lincolnville. Our two favorite places to eat - The Whales Tooth (right across the street) and Dot's Cafe and Catering (5 minutes by car). Overall, our trip couldn't have been any better.
