'Location is in center of Wynwood. Be mindful that this is a more partying area in town but the apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable. Keep in mind parking is $40 PER night at the lot nearby. We did find parking everyday on street but this was during the week. By Friday night, parking was limited on street. The apartment is very quiet but it felt safe. Pool is also nice. '

'The room was spotless and the staff was really friendly. It is just 3 minutes walk from the Miami strip aka ocean drive...and 4 minutes from the south beach. The location is perfect without the sound of noise of the best place but safety and security is atmost. The room is like a mini home, very spacious. Thanks to Oscar we had a very pleasant stay.'

'We had a fantastic stay at Domus Brickell Park! The building is brand new and beautifully designed, with modern finishes and a very upscale feel throughout. The amenities were excellent, the rooftop pool was definitely a highlight, offering amazing views and a perfect place to relax.

'Our first room had two issues, the window shade was broken and the towel rack had fallen and was laying on the bathroom floor with debris when we checked in. We were told there was not another room to move to the next day but when they evaluated the situation they suddenly had a room to move us to. The new room was great and bigger as the pictures had originally advertised but there toilet made very loud whistling noises at all hours randomly (you had to jiggle the handle to get it stop). 'I don’t know how to rate this hotel really. Was it clean, yes, but outdated. The current pictures looks more modern but definitely once you step in needs updating. The location is bad as it’s an industrial area so a lot of loud construction noises. This should be a last minute option for like a night or two. '
