'I was trying to book a room in Oshawa and somehow booked one in Lindsey the staff at the hotel were no help and the staff at Expedia were no help in me getting a refund or switching my booking to a hotel in Oshawa very poor service as far as I'm concerned I will never recommend either Expedia or travel lodge to anyone '

'Our stay at Our Valley View B&B was way more than we had hoped for, both for the comfort of our room to the hospitality of the hosts. The sweet couple running the place were incredibly kind and provided amazing insight on local places to visit and how to best go about exploring the nearby cities. 'Breakfast was great. Room was clean all staff were accommodating. We will come back to this location.'

'Extremely poor communication. The property was not ready on our check in date so we had to delay our arrival with significant inconvenience and little empathy from the owner. The property was very clean on the inside but was not as well kept outside as one would expect. Exterior pictures are deceiving. Location is awesome. We still have not be able to receive our refund for the one night. The owner is not responding to me at all and VRBO and Expedia just keep referring me back to the owner....
