'All around perfect stay From valet , to breakfast to staff ~'

'Not your typical Hampton Inn like you find in suburban locations. An older high rise converted to a Hampton Inn. But had all the things you rely on at a Hampton Inn. Great breakfast, including their traditional waffles! Room was spacious and clean. Fitness center was small but first rate. Attached Italian restaurant was excellent. First time here, would return on next visit to Stamford area'

'We love the Lloyd when we are visiting Stamford, the location is so convenient and the rooms are well decorated, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathrooms are great and the shower is hot.'

'The hotel was nice a little "tired". The pool was dirty and full of hair😬 the bar was Way understaffed and the waiters were making their own drinks ( not very well) while trying to wait on way too many tables'

'We were attend a conference and I must say that the staff was friend and accommodating. The food was good and the hotel conference rooms were comfortable considering that we had a very large group. The hotel did well in accommodating us. I was disappointed that the spa was out of service at the time of our vist but overall it was good.'

'Parking was easy but not quite sure why it cost me $26 for parking an overnight stay.'

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'I asked the desk clerk (a middle-aged male) who checked me in for an extra blanket. (It was chilly on my check-in.) As best as I could understand, he told me that there was already one on my bed and that was all I was entitled to. Later as it got colder I asked the desk clerk (by this time a 20s-something woman) for a blanket. A few minutes later, I got a knock on my door by an on-site maintenance person handing me a wadded-up (Not folded) blanket. I think it had been fished out of the...

'Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected.'

'After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is...

'Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. '
