The building is old and because of that really… really noisy. And you share a bathroom with way too many rooms. So that it’s possible that you have to wait for at least 30 minutes for the bathroom… that was very disappointing. You really need earplugs if you sleep here. The location is good but that’s it.

The accommodation was OK. It was clean, although I did find some hairs in my bed. Furthermore, some repairs need to be done in the room like electricity outlets hanging loose. The guest house is located very central! However, it’s a very noisy area. The who work there are really nice and helpful!

Reconstruction next door starts each morning at 7.30-8am with unbearably loud, non-stop drilling. The room was big, but only 1 of the power outlets worked. I'm sure it's an ok place if you're traveling for leisure (although I found it a bit pricy still for shared amenities), but for business, it was a disaster: too loud to do zoom calls and impossible to keep your devices charged. Meh.

De accommodatie ligt erg centraal, maar in een zwaar vervallen deel van de stad. De foto’s vonden wij misleidend tov de kamer die wij geboekt hadden. Wij zouden een ruime 4 persoons kamer hebben, maar het leek of het eenpersoons bed erbij was gepropt; de deur kon zelfs niet dicht tenzij het bed schuin stond. Slaapbank was van belabberde kwaliteit waar je met goed fatsoen niet op kan slapen. Matras van het tweepersoonsbed was echter nog veel slechter en had daar al jaren niet meer mogen liggen. Gelukkig wel een ander matras gekregen de volgende dag. Volledig uitgeruste keuken was ook behelpen. Het hoognodige staat er, maar wij zouden er niet hebben kunnen koken. Gelukkig zijn er heel veel leuke restaurants in de buurt om uit te kiezen. Kamers liggen op 3e en 4e verdieping, zonder lift. Douches (gedeeld) zijn klein; om iets van de grond te pakken moest je de douchedeur openen (bij gebrek aan een plankje om je douchespullen op te zetten). Conclusie: voor deze prijsklasse hadden we meer verwacht.

Nos quedamos cuatro amigas en este céntrico y muy acogedor guest-house en el centro de Lisbon con todo accesible a pie, desde restaurantes, lugares emblemáticos, pubs, mercados y miradores. Excelente estadía de 5 días! Muchas gracias!

Excellent location next the to busiest street in the city. Where in the world would you find a place so cheap in the busiest area of the city but it needs s lot of improvements Guys please improve the hotel so you can put the prices up. It’s surrounding looks scary and is very hard to find the front door; and the door is locked all the time. I have to share the toilet. The room that I got have not an individual bathroom. It may be good for local people, but I never recommend this place for the people who book and come from other countries.

Such a great location. Being within close proximity to Pink Street on a Saturday night made for a very memorable experience. Also, the simplicity of the room made me feel like I was staying at an artist’s loft, which was an incredible feeling.

Vi fik værelser ude ved receptionen, og selvom vi var sikret bad og wc var vores var det til fri afbenyttelse for medarbejdere, hvor de andre værelser havde deres. Det gjorde vi ikke kunne komme til bad mm når vi ville hvilket. Skete mange gange. Der VAR Meget meget larm udefra gaden og vores ene værelse habde ikk dobbelt ruder som det andet hvilket gjorde det umuligt at sove inkl ørepropper. Der var larm fra en helt festvej fakrisk to og det var fra kl 21 til 0630 morgen og det var meget højt. Det er jo sikkert fint hvis man er kommet for at feste. Selve rum mm var hyggelige

En épocas de frío las habitaciones no cuentan con calefacción. Ponen un ventilador de aire que da calor pero que da miedo dejar encendido. Por debajo de la puerta de la habitación entra mucho frío. El baño es poco agradable, con una alfombrilla que da repelús pisar. La taza del váter tenía salpicaduras. No hay televisión ni en las habitaciones ni en la sala de estar común. La wifi funciona bien. Las ventanas están bien aisladas contra el frío. Me asignaron una habitación en la 4ª planta, sin ascensor, pero lo peor sin duda es el ruido interior: puertas que chirrían, portazos intempestivos, etc. Los turista que se alojan aquí dejan mucho que desear, también porque la zona es de bares y mucha gente va a vivir la noche. No volvería jamás.

Very good location in the heart of Lisbon - close to the main streets with souvenir shops, restaurants, etc. The room is in a quiet building next to the busy streets. Everything needed for a short/long stay - coffee, common kitchen, good wi-fi connection, hair dryer, iron, etc. Easy contactless check-in/check-out process and polite and responsive receptionists.

Great location & price. The receptionist could do with more charm but overall a great price quality range. This place is next to the pink street the most crowded area for young party goers, so if you're sensitive to noise avoid this place. If not go ahead!!

Sehr gepflegte Pansion. Leider ist der Nachteil dass man per Mail oder SMS unterrichtet wird wie man ins Haus kommt. Du musst auf jeder Etage ein Zahlencode eingeben um die Türen zu öffnen. Außer die Zimmertüren werden mit einem Schlüssel geöffnet. Allerdings benötigen diese ein bisschen Öl. Dusche funktioniert super. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber. Es kommt jeden Tag die Putzfrau. Und bringt neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das ganze Haus ist mit Parkett versehen. Nettes Flair. Aber leicht spärlich eingerichtet. Keine feste Heizung aber dafür ein Heizstrahler der es in sich hat. Leider keine Pflanzen. Abends sehr laut auf den Straßen. Aber wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man nichts. Fazit. Eine sehr ordentliche Pension die man noch etwas verbessern könnte. Allerdings ist sie auch gut besucht.

Lo único bueno que tiene es que está bien comunicado, sin embargo, nos decepcionó mucho, el baño es compartido, eso no lo pone claramente cuando reservas la habitación, además había 2 baños y uno de ellos estaba cerrado, cuando estaban prácticamente todas las habitaciones ocupadas. Por otro lado, hay que tener en cuenta que es un edificio muy antiguo y sin ascensor. Bastante decepcionante.

Self check in was very smooth as arrived later at night. The room had everything it needed and was very clean with the possibility to leave the suitcase a little longer after check out. Really great location and super friendly and helpful staff.
