First of all you start lying by saying that you sent us message 2 months ago and we did not respond. We did not get any messages from you. Second of all, we told you if you don’t like to take the room we are ready to give you refund you denied. Because you better know that at the pick summer time you are not able to get a guesthouse room for 40 euro for 4 person. Third of all, you guys have no manner to come some places like this. You guys are so annoying and disturbing for other. All the other people complain about your aggressive behaviour. At the last, you wanted to check out at 4 a.m I told you please try to be silent when you will check out but at 4 a.m at the morning you started screaming like it’s mid day. You don’t have manners man to stay like guesthouse.

Hello dear guest, did we mention that we have tv ? Yes we mentioned we have washer dryer but on request. And bathroom is sheared we mentioned it. You booked the room for 25 euro and you want all of this included. Then what about hotel where they give you all of this and will charge 100 or more ?
