We waarderen onze verwelkoming voor de kwaliteit en netheid van ons huis en voor de service en vriendelijkheid.Het ontbijt is self-service en kan op elk moment plaatsvinden, omdat het duidelijk is dat het brood in de vriezer moet zijn om altijd in goede staat te zijn, net als de regel van hygiëne!

Fijne plek in een bijzonder mooie stad.
Een fijne plek in een bijzonder mooie stad. Gastheer Antonio is een ontzettend aardige kerel die het hart op de juiste plek heeft. Een prima adres voor een weekendje Lissabon.

We had a lovely stay at the guesthouse of mister Macedo. He knows the town and the country very well so he can tell you all the do's and dont's. The guesthouse is filled with antiek. We had the room next to the kitchen. We had doors to the backyard. This was a very lovely room. You can reach the city by metro online 5 minutes. Overall had a very nice stay.

Mister Macedo was very welcoming, and gave us lots of advice about Lisbon with plenty of stories to share. He knows a lot about everything, and wants to make his guests feel at home! Muito obrigada! :D

Centraal gelegen authentiek familiehuis
De eigenaar, een grappige, drukke man met een aristocratische uitstraling, doet zijn uiterste best om de gasten terwille te zijn en te voorzien van allerhande tips over zijn stad. Alles was in orde, behalve de oude, deels kapotte badkamers.

Bed & Breakfast Family Macedo
Bed and Breakfast nabij metrostation. Helaas zit er GEEN breakfast bij in tegenstelling tot wat site Expedia aangeeft. Jammer dat je daar wel voor betaald. Er is een klein keukentje per etage waar je gebruik van kunt maken om je zelfgekochte levensmiddelen te bereiden. Wel mag je gehele dag koffie en thee gebruiken. Op tweede etage waar onze kamer was, waren nog 5 andere kamers. Er was op de hele etage 1 badkamer voor 12 personen met 1 toilet in badkamer. Dus als er iemand aan douchen was, kon je geen gebruik maken van toilet. Eigenaar van Bed & Breakfast is wel behulpzaam. Routebeschrijving die we van hem gekregen hebben van metrostation naar b & b is erg om. Misschien omdat je dan langs supermarkt en restaurant komt waar vrienden of bekenden van hem zitten?

Zeer behulpzaam personeel dat helpt met het plannen van je reis en veel nuttige informatie geeft. Het hotel is minder dan 2min lopen van de metro.

Goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding
Vriendelijk personeel, nette kamers, goede prijs. Het ontbijt is wat karig (alleen geroosterd brood met koffie). De buurt is niet helemaal prettig, gezien de hangjeugd en zwervers in het park rondom de kerk aan de overkant. Een vriendelijke zwerver drukt voor je op de deurbel, en vraagt verder geen geld of zo, maar is toch een vreemde aankomst. Voor een lowbudget reis verder prima, de buurt lijkt verder niet echt onveilig, en je bent snel bij de hoofdstraat. Oh ja, en je moet geen lichte slaper zijn, het huis is wat gehorig.

Authentieke B&B in Lissabon
De B&B van Macedo was een bijzondere ervaring. Ontvangst en verzorging door eigenaar/ personeel was meer dan uitstekend. De sfeer in de B&B is ontspannen. Meubels zijn inspirerend, en terras buiten is heerlijk. De locatie is zeer dichtbij oude centrum. Aanrader is bakker 3 huizen verder in de straat als je geen zin hebt zelf je ontbijtje klaar te maken.

Voor de sportieve reiziger
Sportiviteit is nodig voor de trappen. Vooral aan het eind van de dag was het jammer dat er geen lift is. Daar staat tegenover dat de supermarkt, tramhalte (28!) en metrohalte echt om de hoek zijn. En je moet zo sportief zijn om te accepteren dat je het sanitair met anderen deelt. Het wordt wel elke dag superschoon gemaakt. En je moet tegen een beetje harde matras kunnen. Ik had er geen last van. Al met al een goede deal: tegen het centrum aan, mooi meubilair, geen feesten en dergelijke.

Estancia suficiente
Ha sido una estancia tranquila, con el inconveniente de tener que compartir el cuarto de baño,suerte que estabamos solos. Opino que deberìa hacerse alguna reforma como por ejemplo el suelo que cruje, las duchas con mamparas ya que las cortinas se pegan al cuerpo. El apartamento era correcto salvo el armario ropero que no se podia cerrar, y para mi el màs importante es que tuvimos aparcamiento dentro de la finca

Excelente atención y disposición para ayudarte, la ubicación es genial está muy cerca de los sitios de interés turísticos y no tienes que usar el coche para nada además tienen garaje privado que es una ventaja muy grande la habitación impecable, la atención de Antonio excepcional.

Points positifs: - Garage pour entreposer la voiture - Metro, Tramway, bus à quelques pas de l’hebergement, ainsi que plusieurs restos - Chambre spacieuse, idem pour la salle de bain - Tranquilité, bien insonorisé lorsque fenetres fermées - Pas d’air clim mais fan à disposition - Nous a permis de laisser la voiture dans le garage plus longtemps que la duree de notre sejour afin qu’on puisse visiter le quartier en journee - Contact rapide et facile, repond rapidement aux mag whats app et ouverture! - Tres grande serviette de bain - Cahier disponible dans les chambres detaillant quoi visiter, quartier, suggestion de resto, etc Points negatifs: - impossible d’arriver au moment que l’on souhaite car on doit leur ecrire l’heure exact et ca ne fite pas necessairement avec leurs heures - paiement en argent seulement, donc pas avantageux pour les voyageurs provenant de l’amerique du nord (car taux de change plus eleve) - ne correspond pas a la definition d’un bed and breakfast (B&B) car n’offre pas le dejeuner, et meme si nous avons une cuisine a disposition, nous ne pouvons pas utiliser le poele. - mention de buanderie, mais seulement dispo pour le personnel, donc fausse publicite - plusieurs cles necessaires afin d’accéder à la chambre (1 cle pour l’entre du building, 1 cle pour l’etage, 1 cle pour la chambre, plus 1 autre cle si garage) Ca devient compliqué!

Très bon appartement, excellentissime propriétaire
Chambre dans un appartement au premier étage, très propre, bonne insonorisation par rapport à l'extérieur, une église juste en face avec le son des cloches mais avec les fenêtres fermées on n'entend pratiquement pas. L'insonorisation intérieure dépendra fortement de vos voisins, nous avons eu la chance d'en avoir très discrets. Deux salles de bain pour trois chambres, donc suffisant pour ne pas se bousculer. Cuisine avec le micro-onde et gazinière (pas utilisé), le frigo, le bouilloire et le grille-pain. Le thé et le café étaient à la disposition. Une grande cour intérieure où on peut prendre son petit déj ou les repas, à préparer par soi-même les deux. Le quartier sympa, 15 minutes à pied du centre et 2 min d'une station de métro. Le meilleur atout de cet appartement est son propriétaire d'une gentillesse incroyable, prêt à rendre service, expliquant bien les endroits à visiter, les restos pas trop chers, etc. Parle très bon anglais et un français très décent. Il est vraiment super cool, si je pouvais mettre dix étoiles, je les aurais mis.

A complaint was filed with Expedia against this person because he is a person who is of no interest to anyone, he did not follow the house rules, he smoked without authorization, he burned sheets, he left everything as a pigsty and on top of that he stole the keys of our place The classification we give to this person is "0 " (Zero) and we recommend that no hotels accepts this person We were surprised how Expedia after our complaint allows this person to make ratings about our accommodation! Really incomprehensible!

Rustic property that is not a B & B! (Room Only!)
Don't be fooled by the B & B in the title! What breakfast? There is only tea/coffee & sugar on display. Everything else you have to buy yourself. This rustic property with antique furniture is a cross between an Air B&B to a Hostel. Good North/Central location. If you don't mind sharing the two bathrooms (ceiling mould in one) and one kitchen, then this is for you! By the way, you will be sharing two other rooms. Our first night was cold so kept my fleece on top of P & Js. It's going to be Hotels all the way from now on for us!

About "breakfast" we have the "welcome kit" that you can use whenever you like On the other hand, the place is a typical small house, not a hotel with all the services and prices inherent. Also, you had an exclusive bathroom so we don't understand your comment!

Le propriétaire Mr Macedo est très sympathique et plein de bons conseils. Le parking privé appréciable dans Lisbonne. Appartement propre. Terrasse extérieure avec possibilité de ramener son pique-nique. Le moins, la salle de bain au fond du couloir mais très propre. Merci à Sabine !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The BnB is in a perfect location near the trams, castle, and Alfama old town area of Lisbon. Antonio, the host, was very helpful in getting us checked in. He also gave us many useful tips for sightseeing, transportation, and dining in Lisbon. He even gave us a short tour by car when we arrived of the area near the hotel. Our room was large and well equipped for our needs, and the underground free parking was easy to access and navigate. Best of all the Bnb is loaded with character and charm - an old Lisbon townhouse full of antique furniture. And it is very affordable! We loved our stay at the Macedo Family B&B and are very happy to recommend it to others.

Den överväldigande majoriteten av människor älskar vårt hem för sin möbelstil - komfort - värme - centralt område - etc. Men som alltid finns det en minoritet som ser att allt är dåligt. Kanske för att vissa människor gillar att kritisera allt och allt ...

Local excelente, quarto bom e bwc péssimo
Local excelente ao lado do metrô e perto do centro caminhando. Quarto bom, mesmo sem tv. Problemas...bwc compartilhado velho e necessita reforma urgente. Cheiro ruim e prejudica muito a avaliação pois observando o preço, local, e quarto, a avaliação poderia ser melhor.
