Good hotel!
Very good service at the front desk. We arrived very early in the morning and were given the room key already. Rooms are clean and spacious and the location is very convenient. The rooftop bar is also a big plus.

Good hotel, ask for room on backside due to trafic
Great Hotel with an awesome breakfast, good wifi and overall good bar and restaurant. Only issues we had is we slept on the street side, which is quite noisy, and the Hotel parking on site (free) is very limited, so be there early to get a spot.

Geweldige ligging! Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt mei prachtig uitzicht op de Praça. Kamers zijn ruim. TV met digitale tv is ideaal. Krachtige WiFi signaal op de kamer. Volgende keer weer.

Prima kamer, leuk uitzicht op de stad! De locatie van het hotel is zeer goed, op korte loopafstand van centrum, openbaar vervoer etc. Je betaald behoorlijk prijs per nacht, dit is meer aan de locatie te wijten.

We waren met onze kleinzoon van vijftien dus een driepers. kamer geboekt. Kregen mooie grote kamer met een aparte ruimte voor onze kleinzoon. Een geweldig ontbijt .Eerste dag geen warme douche en klein straaltje werd meteen opgelost.Een puntje moesten bij het uitchecken nog toeristenbelasting betalen dachten dat dat wel bij het boeken inzat

Great central location next to the Martin Moniz Park. Very courteous staff and wonderful rooftop bar. The Varanda Restaurant is one of the best in the city with 270 degree views of Lisbon but, plan on reserving a table one to two days in advance.

Great walking location. There are homeless camps across the street but none who approached us. Hotel is very nice with a free drink and traditional pastry. Breakfast buffet excellent!!

The hotel is well located, rooms are clean and roomy. I liked the robes and slippers. The roof top bar has the best views in town. Staff were quick, concise and polite.

I had a good stay, the staff was very nice and attentive. My only complaints would be the parking lot which is very uncomfortable if you’re renting a car and need to park and the fluctuation of the water temperature while showering. Other than that, the stay was really nice and the hotel is very well located in the city.

Excellent hotel for exploring the city. Trams outside and metro nearby, although many areas are walkable. Wonderfully helpful staff and very comfortable room. Will come back!

This is a tired property. No airconditioning in our room. We slept with the fan on, windows open. The place is noisy outside. Carpets need a good shampooing. Lots of other hotels in the area

Hotel MUNDIAL is centrally located with great transport links. There is plenty of interest within walking distance including restaurants and Fado. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. A good range of breakfast options was available. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

This hotel is in central location close to many attractions and sight seeing areas. You can walk easily to restaurants and shopping places. Being in centre of down of town makes this hotel a bit noisy. The hotel amenities are quite old and haven’t been update but everything works fine. It is not upscale but rather a popular destination. Breakfast is ok.

Not happy with experience at this hotel. Had to move rooms twice. The first room had no air conditioning, which the staff were aware of. The second room had a broken window that wouldn’t close, and so were woken up to street noise very early in the morning. Overall service and condition of rooms were poor.

Nice clean hotel. Courteous staff. I was a little surprised about the 'free welcome drink'. Port was not one of the available options, which I think it should be in Portugal. Then, I chose strawberry juice and most of the glass was filled with ice. Then it was filled to a half-level with strawberry juice. The bartender hunted for more juice, without success. He added more ice. I inquired, was there not enough juice for a full glass? The bartender replied that in fact I had been given plenty of juice - that normally they diluted it with water, and that what I had been given contained "7 or 8 strawberries". Yes, this is a first world problem. But some feedback for the hotel: I don't need a free drink, but if you offer it, make it good!
