The accommodation is old and worn. Stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment and the bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The view was nice. And getting breakfast delivered every morning was a really big plus. But now to the old and worn part. Livingroom, kitchen and bathroom were old and worn. The couch was stained, the toilet buttons, malfunctioning. No stopper in the bathtub, and the dirty towels taken away by the personnel, but not replaced. It was technically luxurious, but the execution was lacking. The worst part was the noise. The hotel is in the heart of a party area with cocktail bars and Irish pubs everywhere. We stayed in winter and even then, the noise kept us awake every night. Earplugs was the only option. Seeing videos of this area in summer: packed with people, led us to the conclusion that if we were already wearing earplugs and annoyed by the noise, how bad will it be in summer? Other downside: There is an automatic perfume dispenser in the livingroom which couldn't be switched off and let out puffs of terrible room perfume out, every 10 minutes. The smell and the noise were both really annoying. Made us also wonder what smell was tried to cover up.... Conclusion: Fair enough hotel/apartment if you want space and the ability to cook by yourself and be close to bars and public transport. If you don't expect luxury: you will be satisfied. And bring earplugs!

Accomaodatie is gelegen in een uitgaanscentrum. Appartement is tiptop in orde en alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Mooie slaapkamer met goed bed, Bad en Douche. Zoals al eerder opgemerkt is het ontbijt uitgebreid maar eentonig. Nespressomachine is aanwezig in het appartement, alleen bij het ontbijt krijg je een cupje. Het was helaas niet mogelijk om deze bij te kopen. Ik sliep op de 4e verdieping, hierdoor had ik minder last van het uitgaanslawaai. Indien je op de 1e verdiepinmg slaapt kan ik mij indenken dat dit wel een negatief puntje is.

Erg drukke straat in de nacht, veel lawaai. Als je daar een beetje doorheen kan slapen is het echt heel leuk en netjes. Prima locatie zeer centraal, vandaar ook de geluidsoverlast, logisch maar wel rekening mee te houden.

A notre arrivée, l'accueil a été moyennement chaleureux (explications expéditives). Le logement est très bien situé. Par contre, il se trouve dans un quartier extrêmement animé et bruyant. Malgré le fait que les fenêtres soient isolées, le bruit de la rue est omniprésent ce jusqu'à 2 - 3 heures du matin (fenêtres fermées). L'autre bémol est le petit-déjeuner. Celui-ci est composé de produits de mauvaise qualité (produits industriels).

We didn't love the access to the unit as you need to go up the elevator, exit to another building and go down stairs. It was a little inconvenient but not a big deal. We liked the apartment, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the service, location was perfect, the bedroom is opposite the main street so you can't hear the party! It was close to Rossio train station, the mall, pink street, the water. Everything was wonderful. I recommend this place!!!

Beware there is a big difference between standard and premium apartments. We were not happy with the apartment we were given and were eventually moved to another one, which however had the disadvantage of being above a restaurant and was permeated with the smell of fried fish. Breakfast is delivered in a basket and consists of bread packaged in cellophane, butter, jam and some ham and cheese in plastic containers. Location is great if you intend to party, but not ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. However, windows are double glazed and the level of noise is tolerable.

The property was wonderful and it was in an area with easy access and walkable to most things in the down town of Lisbon. There were some wonderful restaurants in the area but also a lot of bars and nightclubs. If you are a light sleeper the downside to this apartment hotel is the noise that goes on right outside until about 4 am when the bars close.

We loved staying in this hotel but did not realize we were staying in an area of late night entertainment. Bars are open until 2 pm and then another hour before the customers head out. Very noisy and even with earplugs it was a very uneven sleep, maybe more suited for younger people. That being said; we had wonderful service, a great breakfast basket with lots of food, a delightful rooftop patio. Furniture is a little dated but we enjoyed all of the landmarks around us.

Must go to a laundromat near by.

Great location in the middle of the Barrio Alto neighborhood-very walkable to many great restaurants and city sights. We stayed on New Year's Eve though, and so the noise outside was pretty loud. The apartment itself was very charming, and had all the amenities we needed. There was no elevator though, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. The help desk lady was very nice and helped us to carry one of the luggages upstairs, and also helped arranging the taxi.

This is a great location in Lisbon. I didn’t realize it was in the middle of the party district but that was no issue, the windows are soundproof and we had no issues with noise. The water is a 10 minute walk away, Rosario station is 15 mins away, there are amazing restaurants right next to the place. The staff was very helpful, the place was very clean, the only thing was that the shower doesn’t fully close so the floor gets wet but that’s not an issue.

The property was clean, it was niceand in the perfect location. We didn't have to walk for to the sightseeing, restaurants, bars and shopping. We even got breakfast delivered every morning. The only thing is, if you're a light sleeper, you might wake up someone of there are heavy footed people above you. Aside from that I highly recommend it.
