Upon arrival both bedrooms' lights could not be switched on, had to look for the fuse box. Washing machine was unusable due to leaking pipes - it was clearly a known problem, since the water valve was stopped. Expected better for the price.

Apartment was very stylish, with view of the Se. Very well located for exploring. Location was very busy and noisy at night with all the restaurants nearby but much quieter when we closed the window. Bedrooms light and airy, living area and kitchen a bit darker. We would have liked more lighting. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.

The place was spotless and well taken care of. The area is close to the water and it has restaurants at your doorstep. Communication was quick and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Very nice place. Doors that closed over windows kept the place quiet enough to sleep at night Had to ask for extra TP, coffee cartridges and clean towels when we needed them. The welcome wine and cookies were yummy Would definitely stay there again

Rigtig fin lejlighed med super god beliggenhed
Rigtig fin lejlighed. Lyst og pænt indrettet. Virkelig god beliggenhed midt i centrum med masser af restauranter lige uden for døren. Rengøring var ikke afsluttet da vi skulle tjekke ind, så vi måtte vente en ekstra time før vi fik lejligheden.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay! The apartment was conveniently located in the city center, allowing us to walk to many restaurants, cafes, and sites. Upon arrival, we found a clean and spacious apartment with a fabulous gift of wine and cookies. We would highly recommend staying at this location.

El lugar perfecto para gozar Lisboa
Estuvimos 7 noches durante las fiestas de San Antonio. El lugar es perfecto (somos una familia de 4), amplio, cómodo, limpio, se nota que recién lo remodelaron. La ubicación espectacular y accesible, NO está en subidas y llegan los autos hasta la puerta. Un plus que el edificio tiene elevador. Además hay muchos restaurantes al rededor y lugares donde hacer compras de víveres. Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia acá.

Nice apartment for a family stay
Lovely apartment with lots of space. Comfy beds. Great location. Noise from outside was largely drowned out by the shutters but we were unfortunate to be sharing the building with some noisy families and so there was a fair bit of internal noise.

Excellent location,next to everything,cafes resturants,,bars,river sides,moat of the attractions in town,transport buses trams taxi just out of the premises.Secure place flats has everything you need from A/C,to kitchen equipments dish washer,washing machine cafe maker Safe...etc A bottle of wine and cokes for greeting.Inas and Carla incharge for these flats are very helpful and very nice.Spent three nights in very good place.

Perfect location 2 blocks from Praca Comercio. accessible to trams tourist bus and good restos near by. If you are catholic St Anthony shrine and Cathedral are 2 blocks away. We had a fabulous 2 bedroom with modern ameneties. Very clean. Hostess Inez is very hospitable and is in the premesis 10 to 6. I highly recommend this place.

Gem in the Heart of Lisbon
Great place in the heart of Lisbon. Clean units with friendly staff. I highly reccomend if you want to experience lisbon.

Lisboa - 6 noites - Família.
Perfeito, perto de tudo, fizemos praticamente todos os passeios a pé, restaurantes e locais pra se tomar café da manhã próximos, os passeios/destinos mais afastados dava pra usar o metrô, outros por não ser atendido pelo metrô usamos o bonde e/ou ônibus, esses ficam bem cheios, recomendo pegar Uber, não é caro e vale a pena pela comodidade para chegar aos destinos mais distantes. O único incoveniente, sempre tem um (risos) pelo menos, foi o isolamento acústico entre os apartamentos que ficavam em andares diferentes; sobre o meu apartamento havia uma família com algumas crianças que ficavam correndo no apartamento durante a noite (dormiam um pouco mais tarde que a minha família), o barulho/vibração das pisadas no piso superior incomodavam muito, mas logo cessava quando todos iam dormir, não comprometeu a estadia, mas pode ser um problema com certeza, vai depender de quem está hospedado no andar superior. Bom, é isso, mesmo com o problema da acústiva me hospedaria novamente nesse estabelecimento, fomos muito bem atendidos na recepção, inclusive deixaram a gente subir com as malas e depois voltar para fazer o checkin, achei isso muito bom e simpático da parte da recepção. Obrigado !

Very central - wonderful restaurants and beautiful scenery within steps of the door but property still quiet and felt very secure. Very good help on what to see in Lisbon and were very accommodating on storing luggage after checkout time. Would stay again!

Exceptional Place to Stay in Lisbon
This my second time staying at this wonderful apartment complex! Was in Portugal last June 2018 and most recently last week between 3/5-3/7. Love, love this place! Not only is it in a great location, the apartments are absolutely clean, spacious and beautiful and well equipped! They even provide welcome gifts! So amazing! Can’t wait to stay there again!
